SCH "A" PART-I (CIVIL WORKS)

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates including steel sheets, expanded metal coverings but excluding framed truss etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of pavement quality cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 150mm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of unserviceable debris to a distance exceeding 1500m but not exceeding 5000m complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel of grade Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-A as in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per BOQ Item No.6.00 above but erection / fixing only complete all as specified and as directed.

The serviceable steel sections obtained from BOQ item No 4.00 shall be reused in this item.

Rolled mild steel of grade Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-A as in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, riveted, bolted or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per BOQ Item No.8.00 above but erection / fixing only complete all as specified and as directed.

The serviceable steel plates obtained from BOQ item No 4.00 shall be reused in this item.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm and diameter of neck 11mm to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel of grade Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-A as in rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per BOQ Item No.12.00 above but except sheeting (any thickness) complete all as specified and as directed.

The serviceable steel sheeting obtained from BOQ item No 3.00 shall be reused in this item.

Preparing new surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing old surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Concrete flooring for 100mm thick with RMC M-20 grade (Design Mix), using vaccum dewatering method, laid in alternate bays including steel form work of MS channel sections of depth equal to thickness of concrete floor and trowelled with power trowel float finish to obtain level and joints filled with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Joint filling with sealing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ for thickness of concrete slab 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.
