First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth. (Brick to be supplied departmentally) (AOR)

Damp proof course 4 cm thick of cement concrete 1:2:4 with 2 coats of bitumen 20/30 penetration at 1.65 Kg per sqm laid hot and sanded (CSR Item No. = 10.26)

Precast Cement Concrete Kerb (a) Providing and laying factory made rubber moulded smooth finish cement concrete Kerb M-20 grade 250mm high with bottom width 165mm and top width 115mm made over strong vibratory table and fixing with cement mortar 1:2 as per MORT&H specifications (CSR Item No. = 24.41(a))

Providing and laying 50 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade machine made rubber moulded smooth finish with strong vibratory process or with vibrohydraulic compaction machine and of approved size and design / shape laid in Ordinary Grey and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge for Non traffic Areas and streets having width less than 3.05 mt. 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (CSR Item No. = 15.11)

Grassing of grounds with doob grass including uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 15 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, mixing fertilizer, rough dressing and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts, planting grass roots in rows 10 cm apart in both directions, watering, weeding and maintenance till turf is formed (CSR Item No. = 32.7)
