Base made out of MS sheet 20 gauge

MS hinges 75mm long (as approved by GE), fixed by welding

MS round bar (locking rod) 10mm dia with brass bush fitting

Drawer with 1mm thick MS sheet (with denting/welding or any other means to enable all the three drawer to work smoothly).

Locks with new GI locks with brass lever with duplicate keys.

Seat made out of sheesham wood duly polished and canned with 2mm wide cane, (fixed with nuts and bolts) including welding MS flat 25 x 3mm 02 Nos (front & back) beneath the seat

Top 12mm thick BWP Grade IS-710 both side commercial. (Make of plywwod : Century Ply /Green ply/Kit ply)

Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamal paint Black over a coat of metal primer after scrubbing all the old paint preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

FD-19/FD-359/ FD256/FD-19 : Chair Verandha

Removing old worn out cane plastic of chair verandha preparing surfaces by applying sand papering and painting the same with two coats of white syn enamel paint (1st quality over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as all as shown on drgs and as approved by GE.

Recanning of chair verandha prepared under ser No 19.01 above with cane plastic 4mm wide half round white clour canned as per mat pattern complete all as spd and shwn on drg. Cane plastic arms shall not be provided even if shown on drg.

Removing exiting old unsv PVC shoes and Supply and Fixing PVC shoes supirior quality as directed .

Welding to steel conduit pipe of chair verandah uniformly around the broken point/welding of joints where required as by Gas Welding specified and directed .

Replacement of old unserviceable existing legs of chair verandah and replacing with new 'U' type (made to shape all as shown in drg) duly fixed with welding as specified and directed.

Deduct Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 43,985.50 (to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum)
