VFD Should be by default conformal coated 3C3 suitable for harsh environment.VFD should have following features-- AC Drive should have following protections:- Over Current, Under and Over Voltage, Earth Fault in Motor or cable, Motor Stall, Motor Overload & Under load, Short Circuit, Single Phasing Prevention, Motor Unbalance, Under Voltage, Over Voltage, Over temperature- Accurate open loop torque control- 110% overload capacity for 60 second.- The AC Drive should provide a Cavitation’s Pump Protection- AC Drive display on panel door with display features like Motor / Drive parameters, Energy parameters (KWH).The AC Drive should provide a inlet protection in order to avoid system dry running system.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of level indicator with vented cable for SCADA interface preferably 4-20 mA and with display as site as per site requirement for ground water

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. DSR 2018 5.6

Installation of all E&M Equipments, lowering pump set in to the bore all piping work fixing of valves and accessories executing minor civil works, making electrical connections with cable as required size I/C hiring cost of hydra/tripod to lower pump sets as required and making of civil platform made out from bricks, cement etc. upto suitable height required for installation of starter panel; if required and watch and ward cartage, taking all safety measures all tools an tackles testing and commissioning of all E&M equipments at no load and full load conditions as per standard from full satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (10% of Rs. 47,75,900.00 i.e sum of sr. 1 to 19 & 26 = Rs. 477590/15 =31,839.33)
