SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I FIRE ALARM/SPRINKLER SYSTEM WORK

Repair/maintenance and complete servicing and greasing of main fire hydrant centifugal pump by disconnecting the pump (make- Kirloskar) from horizontally mounted electrically driven three phase induction motor of capacity 75 HP located at fire fighting room near Auditorium and UGBO in technical area, mounted on a common base frame. Sevicing includes repair to casing, impeller and coupling, replacement of complete sealing of gaskets and greasing of various parts of pump, replacement of damaged bearings if any, motor and pump alignment and installing it in pre existing serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Repair/maintenance and complete servicing and greasing of electrically driven jockey pump by disconnecting the pump (make- Kirloskar) from horizontally mounted electrically driven three phase induction motor of capacity 15 HP located at fire fighting room near Auditorium and UGBO in technical area ,mounted on a common base frame.Sevicing includes repair to casing, impeller and coupling, replacement of damaged bearings if any and complete sealing of gaskets and greasing of various parts of pump alignment and installing it in pre existing serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Repair /maintenance and complete servicing and greasing of fire pump diesel engine driven centrifugal type by disconnecting the pump (make- Kirloskar) from horizontally mounted DG Set of capacity 84 HP located at fire fighting room near Auditorium and UGBO in technical area, mounted on heavy duty mild steel plate. Servicing includes complete repair of shafts, coupling, casing and impeller replacement of damaged bearings if any and installing it in pre existing serviceable condition all as specified by engineer-in-charge.

Servicing of Diesel engine driven pump set capacity 70 KVA/84 HP installed at Fire fighting section at Auditorium and UGBO at AF STN Jammu including carrying out maintenance check alongwith following repairs: (a) Drain out the lubricating oil from sump and refilling after proper cleaning.( Engine oil will be provided by department if required.) (b) Replace engine oil filter catridge with new one. (c) Renew fuel filter catridge with new one. (d) Check tightness of all nuts and bolts. (e) Check adjustment of V belt for driving engine water pump and alternator. (f) Assembling complete old serviceable parts and replacement of old unserviceable parts by new ones as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (g) Testing of Disel operated pump set after servicing to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Cleaning of air cleaner filter and renew after period of hrs run as specified by manfacturers manual. Note:- (i). Any minor parts such as screws, washers, split pins, clips etc shall be supplied by the contractor and rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) The job shall be carried out minimum twice during the contract period or more than two times during the entire contract period if required. (iii) Any parts required to be replaced during servicing of engine shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note:-

Complete setting ofconvential/addressable Fire Alarm/sprinkler control panel setting ,repair of unserviceable fire alarm at various locations in station(Map quarters,UGBO,Auditorium,SRE, 3003 SQN etc),checking of control panel for any defect once in a month in prescence of MES Rep,user and contractor and servicing once every month,change of PCBs if required,proper checking of electronic circuit and maintaining its records every month complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Zone card for conventional /addressable/automatic fire alarm control panel upto 24 zones, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Power Supply Card for conventional /addressable/automatic fire alarm control panel upto 24 zones, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Alarm ACK/Reset Card for conventional /addressable/automatic fire alarm control panel upto 24 zones, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/maintenance and complete servicing and greasing of electric motor driven mono block booster pump suitable for 450 LPM discharge @ 35 mtr head located at fire fighting room near Auditorium. Sevicing includes repair to casing, impeller and coupling, replacement of complete sealing of gaskets and greasing of various parts of pump, replacement of damaged bearings if any, motor and pump alignment and reinstalling it in serviceable condition complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of foot valve of pipes in connection to underground sump by emptying the sump well including replacement of minor unserviceable parts like gasket etc of foot valve up to 200 mm dia and refilling the sump well and making it in operational conditioncomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Proper cleaning of UG Sump by emptying the sump and cleaning it properly once in six months i.e. two times during the entire contract period and refilling the sump and making it in operational condition complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/Replacement of Response indicator with in built LED red and green colour by taking down the old U/S one and fixing new one including all fitting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of leakage of gate valves/butterfly valves/joints .etc. connected in any size dia pipe if any during operation by proper tightening of nuts and bolts or replacing old washers and gaskets/seal by new one and removing any kind of leakages for proper functioning of sprinkler system as per requirement.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Pressure Switch for Auto operation of fire pumps with fittings including taking down of U/S one and fixing the new one all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Supply and fixing of 15mm dia nominal bore quartzoid bulb type sprinklers with temperature rating of 68 deg C any type and approved make including taking down old U/S one and fixing the new one including necessary fittings all in quoted rate as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of following items including any necessary change in the previous fitting by taking down the u/s one and fixing the new one and fixing the new one all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge .Quoted rate includes nuts ,bolts,screws and labour.

S&F in repair fire alarm sounders/sirens /hooter housed in 16 SWG sheet enclosure, electronic type horizontal single stage continous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 DB to 120 DB measured at 1.5 Mtr with sound output variation of + 5 DB 500 mtr range suitable for fire alarm control panel complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of old painted surfaces of fire fighting MS pipes and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer (using spray gun) including preparation of surfaces for any description/type with arrow mark of pipes (with other color as directed by engr-in-charge) complete all as specified and as directed for the following size of pipes :-

80 to 100 mm bore pipes

150 to 200 mm bore pipes

S&F in repair gun metal double male / female suction hose coupling, 63 mm dia, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs SS hydrant valve for fire fighting equipment 63 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for testing of Wet riser/Down comer system including pipe lines of high rise bldgs of SRE Bldg /Map Qtrs (B-1,B-3,B-4,Offrs S+5) and auditorium and UGBO complete with all connected panel and valves on regular basis incl minor repair of Panel, gauge and other equipment all major items mentioned in above schedule will be measured and paid separately all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Testing of fire fire fighting system shall be carried out through reputed agency having minimum 05 Yrs experience in fire fighting works. Necessay supporting documents shall be submitted by bidder for approval of Accepting Officer before commencement of work. All major items mentioned in above schedule will be meaured and paid separetely).

Repair/Maintenance and complete servicing and greasing of 75 HP induction motor of any type and make located at Auditorium and UGBO buildings. (a) Dismantling of motor from electrical connection in presence of MES representative and display all the parts without damage any portion for inspection of Engineer in Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts and assembling the same . (b) Heating, varnishing to stator, rotor with super quality varnish and drying out properly with external heat. (c) Cleaning, washing of bearing and use right quantity of ball bearing grease for bearing. (d) Assembling of motor with old serviceable parts and replacement of unserviceable parts with new as ordered where necessary. (e) Installation of motor by making connections as per existing and testing on load. Note (i) Any parts required to be replaced during servicing, maintenance of motor, pump set, compressor etc to be included in the quoted rates and also labour cost in repair shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Any minor / major repairs involved to make the motor, pump functional even if notified by the Engineer in Charge shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (iii) Rewinding of stator of motor (if required and will be measured and paid separately). (iv) Greasing / oiling etc of parts as required shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

(d) Assembling of motor with old serviceable parts and replacement of unserviceable parts with new as ordered where necessary. M& L for dismantling induction motor of capacity 75 HP from pump assembly , shifting to workshop and removing unserviceable spares, replacing with new spares such as bush, seal etc of same specifications / type / model. removing burnt copper winding from motor and rewinding with same guage and type of insulation copper conductor winding wires and insulation sheets , applying insulating varnish over the complete winding , drying up by heating , assembling back and testing for proper function including necessary machining works as required , bringing back and reinstalling to the desired platform as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M& L for dismantling induction motor of capacity 15 HP from jockey pump assembly , shifting to workshop and removing unserviceable spares, replacing with new spares such as bush, seal etc of same specifications / type / model. removing burnt copper winding from motor and rewinding with same guage and type of insulation copper conductor winding wires and insulation sheets , applying insulating varnish over the complete winding , drying up by heating , assembling back and testing for proper function including necessary machining works as required , bringing back and reinstalling to the desired platform as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(a) Dismantling of pump from electrical connection in presence of MES representative and display all the parts without damage any portion for inspection of Engineer in Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts and assembling the same . (b) Heating, varnishing to stator, rotor with super quality varnish and drying out properly with external heat. (c) Cleaning, washing of bearing and use right quantity of ball bearing grease for bearing. (d) Assembling of motor with old serviceable parts and replacement of unserviceable parts with new as ordered where necessary. (e) Installation of motor by making connections as per existing and testing on load. Note (i) Any parts required to be replaced during servicing, maintenance of motor, pump set, compressor etc to be included in the quoted rates and also labour cost in repair shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. NOTE- (A)The fire fighting equipments installed near auditorium,UGBO /Map Qtrs (B-1,B-3,B-4,Offrs s+5)and SRE building will be tested for their operation once in a month in prescence of MES Rep,contractor and User and proper documentation will be done which will be the responsibility of the contractor.The contractor will maintain a log sheet for each site as mentioned above and no any extra amount will be paid to the contractor for this by the department. The Contractor shall visit the site before quoting the tender. (B) All fire fighting equipments installed at various location under GE(AF) Jammu will be properly checked for serviceability in emergency condition on monthly basis once in a month throughout the contract period in presence of Engr in charge ,user and contractor.No extra amount will be paid to the contractor for this serviceability check.

motor, binding of loose wire at control panel and rust painting at car top and door and allied parts with testing, two coats of Painting of Gear motor, all MS channels and Control panels using spray gun complete, dewatering of lift wells in case of any emergency arise all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. for the 8Passanger Lift operating for G+4 floors at SRE Bldg at AF Jammu

Note :- (a) The above service shall be made on monthly basis and as and when any breakdown arise (b) The Contractor shall be porvide authorised service personnel of Johnson company as and when required in case of any emergency occured at any time included odd hrs/sunday/Holiday and cost to this effect shall be deemed to included in quoted rates. (c) The Contractor shall visit the site before quoting the tender. (d) Cost of minor spare parts / routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate . No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares /routine material (e) All Items required to be replaced/renewed during comprehensive maintenance period shall be supplied by OEM and quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of price of these items except car enclosure, hoist way enclosure, car and landing door panel, surrounds, frames and sill, all finishes, landing door, wall panel, light diffuser, cabin fans, blower fans, cabin handrails, mirror, glass sides and hoist way, special display and lift shaft lighting, replacements of batteries, light bulbs in the shaft and machine room, treatment of surfaces of component as e.g. painting and replacements of decorative elements, cleaning of building, car and door.

(f) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be as existing at site or as per OEM recommendation. (g) The cost of transportation and other necessary equipments shall be arranged/brought by contractor in this effect. (h) The contractor shall visit the site before quotating the tender. (j) All fire fighting equipments insatalled at various locations under GE AF Jammu will be properly checked for seviceability in emergency condition on monthly basis once in a month throughout the contract period in prescence of engineer-in-charge,user and contractor.No extra amount will be paid to the contractor for this serviceability check. B) All fire fighting equipments installed at various location under GE(AF) Jammu will be properly checked for serviceability in emergency condition on monthly basis once in a month throughout the contract period in presence of Engr in charge ,user and contractor.No extra amount will be paid to the contractor for this serviceability check.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.
