Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring light, fan, sockets or power complete from surface wiring or from concealed wiring without disturbing concealed conduit including fittings such as ceiling rose, light fittings of any type, fan regulators etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces wall ceiling floors to match existing surfaces.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm, single core ,PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade, IS -694 marked, with multi stranded copper conductor and earth continuity copper conductor cable of same size as in phase/neutral and connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size alongwith fittings and accessories, fixed /laid on wall/beam/coloumn and also incl steel terminal box embedded in wall suitable for mounting of switches sockets regulators etc complete for one light point, controlled by one switch 5 amps one way one fan point controlled by one switch and regulator or one socket outlet point three pin 5 amps.

Taking down geyser assembly 25/35/50 ltrs capacity of any type and detecting and rectifying leakage of inner tank by copper bracing and testing for leakage, assembly and refixing back incIudng reconnecting Inlet outlet water connections. M&L spray painting of ceiling fan, Exhaust fan, Wall Mounting, Pedastal fan of any sweep including diconnecting, taking down, scrapping the old paint, filling cavities and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enameled white paint, numbering with black enamel paint, refixing in position connecting testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement submain wiring with PVC insulated, single core, multi stranded, 1100 volts grade unsheathed copper conductor cable in and including PVC Conduit/Casing capping with accessories fixed on wall /ceiling with GI screws complete with 2 runs of 2.5 sq mm and one run of 2.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor all as directed.
