Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar

M & L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, bedded over cement screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed

Rounding to edge of stone slab on edge, such on in stop cooking plateform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling, terrazo tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removed off the premises outside MD land..

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removed debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M &L 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4 ) type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete roof / floor surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust,etc

M & L Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per square metre on old concrete surfaces iincluding 40mm average thick PCC nominal mix 1:2:4 type B0 (12.50mm graded stone aggregate) for roof treatment etc..

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work / concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixing with WPC as per manufacturers instruction. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound to incorporate in above item.

M&L Applying evenly a priming coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces and APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified.complete all as specified and directed

M&L cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sunken floors all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:6, for laying floor tile all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non skid colour ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each the cxceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm of approved 1st quality in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 for dado / skirting on brick massonry surface finished fair and even for receiving tiles in vertical surfaces all as specified and directed.

M &L Glazed Ceramic tiles coloured, of size 300mm x 200mm x 6 to 7mm thick approved 1st quality as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dados and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/ coloured cement to match the colour of tiles all as specified and directed.

Taking down or down steel tubing and connections 15 mm bore, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

All same as per item above here in before but 20 mm bore.

Supply and fix steel water tubing 15 mm bore medium grade galvanized with all fittings such as bends, tees, nipples, elbows, reducers, etc, fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

All as per item above but 20mm dia

Fixing only 15 mm bore old steel water tubing obtained from dismantling with all fittings such as bends, tee, nipples, elbow, reducers, etc fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item above here-in-before but 20mm bore of pipe.

S&F stop valves 15 mm bore fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed in repairs all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm bore bib tap brass chromium plated fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe fixed in repairs all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix vitreous china ware wash hand basin 550mm x 400 mm size, white, flat back or angle including removing the existing one complete and refixing with new bracket as in repairs and making good all connections.

Supply and fix 32 mm dia bore waste fittings brass chromium plated fixed to wash hand basin with long screwed shanks and fly nuts flange and bedded in run lead cement and other end fixed complete.

Supply and fix 15mm bore pillar taps CP brass chromium plated fancy type screwed down high pressure with chromium plated screwed shanks and fly nuts complete screwed for iron pipe in repairs all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix vitreous china squatting pan (orissa pattern), size 580x440 mm white with integral foot rests including removing the existing one complete and making good all connections as in repairs all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 10 Litre capacity PVC low level flushing cistern with ball valve and handle/push button 32mm dia PVC flush pipe including taking down unserviceable cistern complete as in repairs all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm bore LDPE pipe 45cm long with brass nuts and washers on both ends all as in repairs specified and directed.

S & F brass CP Shower rose with arms 75 mm size fixed to pipe all as specified and directed.

S & F 20 mm dia tubular towel rail brass cromium plated, D type,60cm long between flanges including one pair of brackets all as in repairs specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:3) type B-2 (40 mm graded agg) for water tank of base in round shape finished using extra cement all as specified and directed.

S & F 500 Ltrs capacity Rotational moulded, polythene water storage tanks ( cylindrical shape with vertical top closed) hoisted and fixed in position including taking down old unserviseable water tanks all as specified and directed.

S&F new stainless steel kitchen sink 304 grade with draining board made of stainless steel 1 mm thick, coupling plug, washers and waste pipes including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantelever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 915 mm X 460 mm, bowl size 410 X 330 X 160 mm including takingdown old unserviceable sink complete all as speicified and directed.

S &F 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in solvent cement or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 all as specified and directed.

S &F 20 mm bore dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and brass ferrule all as specified and directed.

S &F in repairs Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwd both ends for 20 mm bore pipe all as specified and directed.

S &F PVC (SWR) 75 mm dia, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floor all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparing old decorated surfaces, including cornices and applying one coat of white wash on walls all as speicified and directed.

All as per item above but on ceiling.

Supply & fix grating doom 125 mm dia with waste hole of PTMT (Min weight 40 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L resecuring or easing & adjusting, wihtout taking down shutters (Per Leaf) wooden/steel of any any description not exceeding 1 Sqm but n exc 2.0 sqm each
