Centering and shuttering for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 5.3.1 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

P/F mild steel reinforcement incl cutting bending binding and placing in position complete

Filling of boulder/backfilling of abuts by mechinical means i/c carriage lead of 30 km

p/f of hand rail of approved size by welding to steel ladder railingetc i/c a priming coat of approved steel primer,and painting all complete

Carriage of all material i.e sand/bajri i/c a carriage lead of 30 Kms by MT
