M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade C.B. chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, laying hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and cost of all materials and labour, T&P centering shuttering etc complete but excluding cost of reinforcement complete. Providing M.S. reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and cost and carriage of steel. etc. complete.

Brick work with Fly ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and Plinth including watering curing, cost of carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

12mm thick C.P. in C.M.(1:6) over brick masonary to the smooth surface including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

16mm thick C.P. in C.M.(1:6) over brick masonary to the smooth surface including watering, curing cost, carriage, royalty, and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to RCC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chiping and slury treatment , watering, curing cost, carriage, royalty, and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Supplying, fitting and fixing vitrified tile (Plain) in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conformaing to IS : 13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement :4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the worl all complete as per direction of E.I.C. (For New work only)

Fixing tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including cost, carriage, cost of all labour etc. complete.

Finishing wall surface with Cement based wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth & even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding etc. with cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. complete.

Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint etc complete.

Finishing to the exposed surfaces of wall with weather coat of any approved shade on new work 2 coats to give an even shade including cost of weather coat all cost of all labours and T&P etc. complete .

Priming 1 coat with wall primer water bond cement primer including all labour, materials, T&P etc. complete.

Painting two coats with approved enamel paints of approved colour, shade over a coat of primer including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

25mm thick CC 1:2:2 with 6mm size CB chips for grading concret over roof slab etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of Fixed Ventilators of approved make to be fabricated from roll formed sections made of pre-painted steel (base steel as per IS-513 of 0.6 mm thick “D” quality, galvanized as per IS-277 with zinc of 120 Gm/Sq.mtr) with paint specification being with primer of 5-7 microns and finished paint with polyster paint (Black /Pearl white/ Chocolate Brown) of 12-16 microns alongwith the alkyd backer at the back of 5-7 microns and the sizes of outer frame being of 46x52 mm and with all vertical and horizontal mullions are of 46x70 mm and fixed beadings are of

Supplying and fixing of un plasticised poly vinyl chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA/NCL VEKA LTD) Three track -3 panel sliding window 60 series

Supplying,fitting and fixing in position WPC Chaukath with 6 Each Nos. Of W.I. Clamps and required screws of approved quality including cutting legs to sizes,cutting holes in walls,fixing in CC (1:2:4) including cost,conveyance,royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours,sundries, T & P etc. required for the work all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying fitting & fixing of 32mm thick BWR flash Door shutter using both side pastong of 1mm thick laminated sheet (texture finish) of teakwood beading on edge including cost of all materials,Labour T&P etc.

Proding fitting & fixing of false ceilling with Aluminium anodised T Section No. 3215 with 2'-0" center to center, L section No. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0"x2'-0" suspended from ceilling etc. complete. Supplying fitting & fixing of decovative wall panelling using 19mm thick BWR block Board (Alishonmake)conforming to IS-1659 with pastong of 1mm thick texture finish laminated sheet including teak wood beading,polishing etc,complete as per approved specification.

Recessed wiring to submain in 2 x 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor of ISImarked confirming to IS-694/1990 in 20 mm dia flexible non-mettalic PVC conduit 1.6 mm thick alongwith 1 x 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor as earth wire as equired.(Makeof wire Finolex/L&T/Anchor/Havels/V Guard)
