Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and completelabour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of syntheticfibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mmlength to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms p1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand)

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand)

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including priming coat of whiting to give an even shade

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as requiredIn gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing Solid PVC false Ceiling consisting of 600mm x 600mm, 5mm (±0.25) thick Plain embossed PVC sheet of Density 600 Kg /Cbm Manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015certified Company, used as panel insert in a frame work madeusing powder coated aluminum T- section of sizes 1” x1”(25x25mm, 19 gauge or 1mm thick ) in square pattern ofgrid sizes of 2‟x2‟( 600x600mm ).
