PART (D) - making tree guard for plantation

Providing and fixing M. S. tree guard 45 cm square in plan, height 1.20 metre above ground level and 0.40 metre below ground level. The vertical members shall consist of four nos angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm, 1.8 m long, one at each corner and 8 nos flat iron of size 25x3 mm, 1.2 m long. The vertical mambers shall be welded to 4 nos 25x6 mm M. S. flats placed horizontally around the vertical member of the cage. One name plate of 1 mm thick M.S. sheet of size 250x100 mm shall be welded to the tree guard near the middle height and lettered CPWD / PWD/ any other approved name. The tree guard shall be fixed to the ground by making suitable holes and by embedding four corners leg in the ground, including refilling the earth, compaction etc. complete. The tree guard shall be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture over a coat of primer, complete in all respect.

PART (E) - making 2 Nos. Pachri for pond

PART (F) - Deepening of pond

Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with Disposal upto 1000 metres (Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m as per relevent clauses of section -300 of specification.

PART (G) - One No. bore with submersible pump

Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/bore log, including hire & runningcharges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer – in-charge, upto 90 metre depth below ground level. All types of soil. 300 mm dia.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer – in-charge. 150 mm nominal size dia.

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub - base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density in accorfance to Table No. 400- 12, 400- 13and as per clause of section 406 of specifications).

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of specifications)

Providing and applying tack coat with catonic bitumen emulsion (RS -1) using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevent clauses of section- 503 of specification. @ 0.25 kg per sqm (normal bituminous surfaces)

Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of specified grading permixed with bituminous binder transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clause - 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired copaction and as per clause 504 of specification) Using Batch Mix Plant of appropriate capacity and Paver finisher Hydraustatic with Sensor. for Grading I ( 19 mm nominal size ) bitumen content 3.50 %
