Material & Labour for vacuuming complete system of central air conditioning plant with double stage vacuum pump of (-) 2Kg/cm² vacuum pressure after repairs to compressor or repair in refrigeration system, charging the dry nitrogen gas and hold up to 24 hrs and rectifing the leackage if any by repairing the "O" ring and gland packing of service valve/ Oil seal, pressure testing and vaccumising complete system with double stage vaccum pump to below atmospheric preesure 28 to 30 mm/HG including top up the compressor oil and charging the refrigerant gas (R-22) at various plant all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. Note :- (a) Referigerant Gas R-22, Nitrogen gas and compressor oil will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (b) Once charged the R - 22 gas, it should hold in the system minimum six month, if the gas leaked from the system the contractor has to charged gas at his own cost.

Central type AC Plant at Signal Centre(3x45TR)

Material & Labour for De- scaling the shell and tube condensor by circuilating de-scaling chemical through for 2 to 3 hours. Opening the end cover of condensor and cleaning inner tubes manually with the help of nylon / wire brush until complete scale to be removed and flush out with fresh water. Reassembling the end cover including replacement of gasket, bolts, nuts etc as required and commissioning complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge. Note:- De-Scaling of all Condensors of AC Plants as mentioned below is to be done twice in year respectively and rate to be quoted accordingly by the Contractor

Taking down including repair and refixing of reciprocating compressor by loosing/ cutting nuts and bolts at suction and discharge valve opening of compressor, removing the unservicable/ damaged internal parts, cleaning, overhauling complete, replacement of wornout parts such as suction reeds, discharge reeds, safety valve, loading/ unloading mechanism, piston, rings, springs, washers, nuts and blots, gasket set, shaft seal, 'O' ring set, recharging compressor oil and refrigerant after pressure test and vaccum testing complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge. Servicing of cooling tower of Central AC plant by draining water, cleaning the tank by costic soda, repairing of sprinklers, replacement of frills, repairing the bracket for fixing the frills to CT of any capacity. Repairing / cleaning the FRP cooling tower of capacity upto 20 ton , top / side covers , removing the fan motor assembly , over hauling the fan motor , taking down the sprinkler , water main header pipe , PVC frills (Honeyconub) , cleaning throughly incl replacing the bearing of fan, and reassembled in all respect for smooth functioning Note :- (a) Cooling tower frills, sprinklers & Fill Pack Sheet will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. Note :- Special type of tools & tackles, swings, scaffolding and safety accessories etc required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor and rate quoted shall deemed to be included for the same.

Material & labour for Painting to compressor , condensor , compressor motor , Condensor Water Pump , AHU motor and Cooling Tower-02Nos and vice versa as per existing colors code with all supporting materials with one coat of synthetic enamel paint from ground level to bottom of the dome complete all as specified and directed (Signal Centre 3X45 TR) Note :- Special type of tools & tackles, swings, scaffolding and safety accessories etc required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor and rate quoted shall deemed to include for the same.

Material and labour for joists of Cooling Tower,VRF/ Ductable AC Plants bracings, supports, clamps, straps D-clamps, back plates of suitable size conforming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality- A including nuts, bolts, washers eye hooks, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size including two coats of synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of steel surface including dismantiling of old section complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair butter fly valve of dia 100mm bore suitable for condensing /chiller water line with ISI marked including jointing with proper gasket ,nut,bolts washer complete all as specified by Engr-in- charge

Supply and fix in repair NRV of dia 80 mm bore suitable for condensing /chiller water line with ISI marked including jointing with proper gasket ,nut,bolts washer complete all as specified by Engr-in- charge

Material & Labour for Opening of short circuited DIDW Centrifugal Blower motor 4000 cfm , cutting and removing the burnt stator winding coils complete and re-winding the same with super enamelled copper conductor wires of appropriate gauge and quantity as per the existing one including cleaning of slots, all necessary insulating materials, varnishing, dryining complete and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Day to day, comprehensive, routine, periodical maintenance including supply of all consumable lubricants and reqpir or replacement of all components (spare parts) which may occur due to wear and tear except parts are specified in relevant items of BOQ her-in-after for entire package air condition unit 1x8.5 TR at North Barrack Engr Branch including clening entire installation and daily maintenance of necessary records & documents complete all as specified and directed Make of Air Condition Unit :- Blue Star

Day to day, comprehensive, routine, periodical maintenance including supply of all consumable lubricants and reqpir or replacement of all components (spare parts) which may occur due to ear and tear except part are specified in relevant items of BOQ her-in-after for entire package air condition unit 3x11 TR at P-1 Bldg including clening entire installation and daily maintenance of necessary records & documents complete all as specified and directed. Day to day comprehensive , routine, periodical maintenance including supply of consumable of the following VRF/Ductable AC units Model No. IVRFB28TC – 28H, Cap. 28 HP- 02 Nos with all connected pipe line outdoor & indoor units , copper tubes, drain line , electric connecting etc complete system as per direction of Original Equipments Manufacturer(OEM) including repair / replacement of spares parts accessories as per original at site for functioning of VRF/ Ductable AC plant to run the system with full efficiency without breakdown including cleaning entire installation area and daily maintenance of necessary records & documents complete all as specified and directed. Make of Air Condition Unit :- Blue Star Note:- (a)The cost of material & repaired charges for complete one month shall be deem to included in above quoted rate for entire above installations. Accordingly bidder/ tenderer is advised to visit site before quoting his offer and nothing will be paid on this account. (b) The work shall be carried out through Original Equipments Manufactures (OEM) or authorised representative of OEM as applicable as per specification .Maintenance shall be carried out under overall supervision and direction/ instruction of OEM within 15 days of acceptance of tender.

Notes for item No 49 to 51:- (a) The contractor shall provide of high skilled mechanic/Special engineer required for fault during currency of contract period if required. The cost of the same shall be deem to be included above quoted rate (b) .In case new mechanic/operator joint during currency of contract period, the OEM or their accredited/authorised agencies shall be training to new mechanic. (c) Comprehensive maintenance include day to day routine/periodical maintenance with replacement of defective equipments/ parts as specified shall deem to be included in above quoted rate. (d) All equipments under contract will be serviced 4 times during summer, winter and monsoon in the contract period as per standard checklist and out of four ,once of the compressive maintenance and testing shall be carried out during of April so that during summer all equipment to be trouble free and working smoothly. The next service will be rendered in the quarter after the summer season. (e) Contractor shall rectify the fault within 24 hours as per direction of AGE E/M or his rep within design limit as specified in PS otherwise shall be recovery will be 5% of the quoted amount of each item (f) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as existing at site or as per OEM recommendation. (g) Contractor shall maintain the temp of AC Plant as per the direction of GE/AGE/user or his rep within design limit. (h) During the entire contract period any defective components to be repair/replace to make plant/machinery fully functional. The cost of the same is deemed included in quoted rates, no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (j) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as existing at site or as per OEM recommendation. (k) The cost of transportation and other necessary equipments shall be arranged/brought by contractor in this effect (l) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as existing at site or as per OEM recommendation. (m) All labour charges for taking out old spares/items and replacing spares, testing, commissioning, transportation etc shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. In case any experts technical /Engineer require for major faults of plants shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost of the department. (n) The compressor shall be checked for its proper functioning and if any defect is found the same will be reapired / replaced by the contractor. (o) Safety controls such as pressure cut outs shall be tested or proper functioning and in case of any malfunctioning they will be either repaired or replaced accordingly by the contractor. (p) Condenser Coil & Evaporator coil.(Cooling coil ) shall be inspected and cleaned, if necessary and for any defect found , the same shall be repaired by contractor. (q) All labour charges for taking out old spares / item and relating spares, testing, commissioning, transportation etc shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rates.

(r) Repairs to refrigerant piping/ducting line due to system problems shall be repaired by contractor. (s) The PCBs of the IDU and ODU will be checked for its proper functioning and if any defect found, the same shall be rectified/replaced and shall be repaired by contractor. (t) Refrigerant gas shall be topped up in the system as and when necessary by the contractor. (u) Two Engineer shall be deputed at site on official working hour as directed by AGE (v) The cost of transportation and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by the contractor in this effect , hence the bidder/tenderer is advised to visit the site and assess the quantum of the work to be carried out in the contract and quoted there rate accordingly

Material and labour for taking down of water purifier and servicing including cleaning of water filters as recommended by OEM and , cleaning of parts with suitable chemicals, replacement of defective spare if any with new spare and refixing the same in the existing location or any where as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Materal and labour for Vitrified, designed, coloured, tiles, 10 mm thick, (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, as in floors, etc including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate lain in alternative bays including joints and finishing the surface even and fair wiithout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks , straight or curved on plan exe. 6 meters mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickworks finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old or previously untreated surfaces of cement or plastered surfaces, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and applying 3mm thick wall care putty and primer on wall surface to achieve even and smooth surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparing old painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

(k) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as existing at site or as per OEM recommendation. (l) The cost of transpiration and other necessary equipments shall be arranged/brought by contractor in this effect (m) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as existing at site or as per OEM recommendation. (n) All labour charges for taking out old spares/items and replacing spares, testing, commissioning, transportation etc shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. In case any experts technical /Engineer require for major faults of plants shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost of the department. (o) The compressor shall be checked for its proper functioning and if any defect is found the same will be reapired / replaced by the contractor.

Cont.... (p) Safety controls such as pressure cut outs shall be tested or proper functioning and in case of any malfunctioning they will be either repaired or replaced accordingly by the contractor. (q) Condenser Coil & Evaporator coil.(Cooling coil ) shall be inspected and cleaned, if necessary and for any defect found , the same shall be repaired by contractor. (r) Repairs to refrigerant piping/ducting line due to system problems shall be repaired by contractor. (s) The PCBs of the IDU and ODU will be checked for its proper functioning and if any defect found, the same shall be rectified/replaced and shall be repaired by contractor. (t) Refrigerant gas shall be topped up in the system as and when necessary by the contractor. (u) Two Engineer shall be deputed at site on official working hour as directed by AGE (v) The cost of transportation and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by the contractor in this effect , hence the bidder/tenderer is advised to visit the site and assess the quantum of the work to be carried out in the contract and quoted there rate accordingly (w) Necessary tools & plants like Centrifugal pump 0.5 HP,Vacuum pump 1 HP and connecting rubber hose pipe, pressure gauges, flaring nuts etc should be readily available at site during contract period. accordingly bidder / tenderer is advised to visit site and rate for above mentioned items shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (x) Spare parts listed below and tools 7 plants mentioned above should be readily available with the Contractor duly verified by Engineer-in-Charge under the custody of JE and complaints related to this spare parts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge or his rep should be rectified within 5 Hours otherwise recovery will be 1% per 24 Hours of rate quoted. unused / balance spare parts will be rturned to the contractor after completion of contract. Supply , stretching and fixing in replacement in position GI earth wire for continuous earth wire for VRF AC Plants out of 4 mm dia galvanised steel wire including clamping in walls / floors including taking down the existing & removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC flexible pipes / conduit cover 25mm dia for connection of electrical wires from panel to VRF / Ductable AC System duly fixed / clamped in walls / floors by saddles and replacement of worn out copper lugs of suitable size as per site including taking down the existing & removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.
