Repairs & Comprehensive maintenance of Electrical / mechanical installation provided at Water Treatment Plant, Jite. Before quoting of the Tender the agency has to verify the installations at site by their own. The agency has to take over the installations as is where is basis. After taking over the installations, the agency has to carry out the repairs of all non working installations by replacing / repairing as per the site requirement within 2 months from issue of work order. The necessary penalty clause will be applicable to the agency on completion of initial repairing period of 2 Months. The scope of work involve are as under: - 1) Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of electrical / mechanical accessories for restoration of non working equipments. 2) Providing minimum skilled and experienced Manpower by fulfilling the required minimum wages to the deputed manpower to carry out entire works for day to day Repairs & Comprehensive maintenance of Electromechanical equipments. The minimum manpower to be deputed - 16 Nos. are as under:- Site Senior Engineer - 1 No., Supervisor-1No., Fitter / Mechanic-4 No. , Electricians-5Nos., Helpers-4Nos. Office Support staff (Computer Operator) - 1 No. 3) Progress report to be submitted by the agency after every 15 days regarding repairs & comprehensive maintenance work to be carried out, status of all electro mechanical installations and preventive maintenance work to be carried out at site. 4) Ensuring the continuous healthy uninterrupted Power Supply at all time to the installations in co-ordination with MSEDCL. 5) The required instrument to be available at site to find out and to resolve the fault occurred at site time to time. 6) Ensuring proper termination of cables, earthing connections, panels, starters & pump alignment etc. periodically. 7) Ensuring proper watch & ward for preventing and theft of electrical mechanical installations including substations power supply. In case of accurance of theft, FIR to be lodge by the agency and replacing the theft material immediately for proper operation of pumping station equipments and follow up by the agency with concern Insurance company for theft claim. 8) Co-ordination with various departments to carry out the repairs and comprehensive maintenance time to time. 9) Co-ordination with the concern department to ensure timely payment of energy bills. Delay payment charges of energy bill will be deducted from R.A. bills of agency. 10) The penalty for absence of adequate manpower at site shall be Rs.1000 / person / shift will be recovered from Bills of agency. 11) The penalty for nonworking of major equipments such as clear water pumps, Raw water pumps, MSEDCL substation equipments and absence of power supply the penalty shall be Rs.10,000 / Hour will be recovered from Bills of agency. 12) The penalty for non repairs of breakdown equipments other than major equipments shall be attend by the agency within 48 hours period. If fails the penalty charges Rs.1000 / 6 Hour will be recovered from Bills of agency. 13) Initially the work order will be issued for the period of 12 Months only. After observation of satisfactory performance of agency the work order for the further period of consecutive 12 months will be issued to the agency.
