The work of maintenance and repairing of 11 KV HT damaged Line from vill. Sarha to Chaturahan Purwa, Naraini fed from 11 KV Sarha Feeder under 33/11 KV Sub-Station, KALINGER under BUSINESS PLAN Year 2019-20 at EDSD, ATARRA (BANDA) as per passed package no. 81/BND/BP/ 2019-20 under EDD, BANDA, including safe carriage of all required material from E.S.C., BANDA to work site and also cartage of old/damaged scraped line material from work site to E.S.C., BANDA, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends, details of the work as given below :-
Safe cartage of 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles
Safe cartage of line material
Dismentling & removal of broken/damaged 8.5 Mtr. long PCC Poles as single pole structure with its accessories.
Dismentling & removal of broken/damaged 8.5 Mtr. long PCC Poles as double pole structure with its accessories.
Erection of single support on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC Poles, including complete HT/LT fittings as per RESSPO manual & direction of engineer incharge.
Erection of double pole structure on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC Poles, including complete HT/LT fittings as per RESSPO manual & direction of engineer incharge.
Grouting of 8.5 Mtr. long PCC Poles like single/double pole structure as per RESSPO manual & direction of engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each) of best quality material.
Erection and grouting of stay set including the work of nozelling etc. as per RESSPO manual and also including the cost of all grouting material.
Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering of new/old ACSR Weasel Conductor on the erected poles in 11 KV HT/LT lines as per RESSPO manual & direction of engineer incharge.
Straightening of tilted 8.5 Mtr. Long PCC Poles at various places.
Re-sagging of loose conductor of 11 KV HT/LT lines at various places.
Chopping of Tree Branches coming in the vicinity of the lines during the execution of above work.
Replacement of damaged 11 KV disc. Insulator by new.
Replacement of damaged 11 KV pin Insulator by new.
Replacement of damaged 11 KV X-arm by new.
Replacement of damaged 11 KV Holding Clamp by new.
Replacement of damaged 11 KV "F" bracket by new.
