The pump shall be centrifugal pump suitable to lift treated sewage, with motor,starter,pannel board, cable & all electrical and mechenical accessories in all lead and lifts complete in all respect & as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing pipeline details : MS Pipe Jindal make C Class for Filter header , Delivery line and Suction line size: 4" (100mm dia) in all lead and lifts complete in all respect & as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Online Chlorination system For disinfection : Flow 0-6 Lph metering Pump with hypochlorite HDPE Tank in all lead and lifts complete in all respect & as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Gasket : Size 2mtr x2.5 mtr ( For Both manhole and Pipelines) in all lead and lifts complete in all respect & as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Nut bolt Size : with Size 1.5" x4" and 1.5x 2" in all lead and lifts complete in all respect & as per direction of Engineer in charge.

The RCC Filtertaion Tank/ Surge tank Reuired for Tertiary Treatment System having Capacity 70 KLD with concrete of design mix M-30 but not leaner then cement concrete 1:1.5:3 complete in all lead and lifts complete in all respect & as per per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing installation, testing and commissioning Multi Stage Tube Settlers For Sludge Settling for existing STP of 2.90MLD capacity with following components in all leads & lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing in position feed pump for partially treated sewage : Pump Make : Kirloskar/KSB/M & P or any other approved make with 5HP Motor ( 2 Nos 1 Working and 1 Stand by). Head = 15 mtr. ; Dis = 30m3/hr. The pump shall be self priming (mud pump) with motor,starter,pannel board ,cables and all electrical and machanical allied accessories complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing in position sludge pump : Pump Make : Kirloskar with 5 HP Motor ( 2 Nos 1 Working and 1 Stand by ). Head = 23 mtr. ; Dis = 30m3/hr. The pump shall be self priming (mud pump) with motor,starter,pannel board ,cables and all electrical and machanical allied accessories complete in all respect.

Providing and construction of R.C.C Foundation required for Primary and Secondary Tube -Settler with all Foundations .Platform size 30'x15'x20cm. Including carriage at site complete in all respect as per site requirement and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Note:- For self serveillance of sewerage treatment plant, the contractor shall also provide and install online efflluent monitoring system for parameters namely pH, TSS, COD, BOD and flow meter to comply with the directions under section 18(1) (b) of water (Prevention & control of pollution) Act - 1974.
