Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Bidder should follow all the terms and conditions that uploaded separately along with the tender detailed notification and tender conditions vide reference Bud/CR.05/2024-25, dated: 19-09-2024

Execution of all the compartments in the sanctioned estimates is mandatory. The bidders should furnish all the technical documents as per tender notification

The tendere at his/her own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the tender and entering into a contract for execution of the works. The cost of visiting the site shall be at the tendere own expense.
