10mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for interior plastering up to Ist floor level including arises or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. (a) In cement mortar 1:4

1st class brick nogged wall in cement morter including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth upto 1st floor level (protruding M.S rod/Tor steel of column to be embeded in cement morter and will be measured and paid separetely) (A) 112mm thick (a) In cement morter in propotion 1:4 (1cement : 4 sand)

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing, steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). (a) In prop. 1 : 6 : 12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 coarse aggregrate by volume

40mm thick cement concrete floor consisting of 25mm under layer of cement concrtein prop 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 coarse aggregate of 12.5mm and down) and 15mm thick wearing layer of cement concrte in prop. 1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 coarse aggregate of size 10 mm down) finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish using cement slurry for bond @ 2.75 kg per square metre of floor area, wearing layer is to be laid in panels including curing etc. complete as directed.

(a) Distempering two coats with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface to give an even shade, over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brooming the surface free from mortar dropings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth (i) Priming coat with distemper primer

5(c) Distempering( one coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old wall surface to give an even shade, after throughly brooming the surface free from dirt, loose scales and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

5 (d) Extra over item No. 5(c) above for distempering with oil bound distemper of apprpved brand and manufacture on ceiling and sloping roof.

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after thorughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Finishing old/new wall with waterproofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of Apex brand of Asian Paints and of required shade after cleaning the surface etc. including sacffolding complete as directed at all levels (two coats).

Providing and fixing clear sheet glass beded in putty and fixed with/ without wooden beadings including necessary cutting and glass to be required sized (Payment for wooden bead shall be made separately) (1)) Area of glass panes not exceeding 0.15 m2 (a ) 3.00mm thick.

Providing, fitting and fixing steel windows of standerd rolled steel sections as per relevent I.S.Code, joints mitred and welded with 15mm x 13mm x 100mm lugs embedded in cement concrete block of M-10 grade including providing and fixing of projecting hinges (not more than than 65mm and not less than 15mm wide) bolting device and steel handles, pegs, stays of 300mm long etc.complete including providing 12mmx12mm square bars duly welded to steel frame at not more than 12 cm c/c applying a priming coat of red-lead paint etc. complete as per drawing. Providing, fitting and fixing steel ventilators (openable) of standard rolled steel sections as per relevant I.S. code, joints mitred and welded with 15mmx 13mmx100m lugs embedded in cement concrete block of M-10 grade iincluding providing and fixing of projecting hinges (not more than 65mm and not less than 15mm wide) bolting device, handles, pegs, stays of 300mm long etc. complete including providing 2 nos. of 12mm x12mm square bars (horizontal )duly welded to steel frame and applying a priming coat of red oxide paint etc. Complete as per drawing.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint / Berger paint / ICI paint / J & N paint / Nerolacc) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. i) Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. a)General purpose (Asian paint / Berger paint / ICI paint / J&N paint / Nerolac)
