Material and Labour for earthing complete with iron earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip of 32x6 mm by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers. Strip laid in 40mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I & testing on completion :- (a) GI strip of size 32mm x 6mm. Note : (a) Cost of minor spares i.e. nut bolt and washer if required to complete the job is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F HT bush insulator complete with outer bushing stud, made out of brass including oil seal ,gaskets as per existing size for indoor/outdoor transformer of cap for upto 630 KVA for 11K / 440 Volts including taking out the old all as specified and directed (Set of three) Note : (a) Cost of minor spares i.e. nut bolt and washer if required to complete the job is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and Fixing Packing gasket for top cover and terminal box for HT and LT side as per existing sample for out door/indoor type transformer including nuts, bolts and washer etc all as specified for upto 630 KVA transformer (after draining out transformer oil and refilled to the same transformer). Note : (a) Cost of minor spares i.e. nut bolt and washer if required to complete the job is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for painting of transformer outer surface with one coat of synthetic enamel paint for transformer capacity 100-250 KVA after preparation of old painted surface using spray machine complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) During process of painting transformer will be under shut down for the period. The rate is deemed to be included for running the sprayer machine with own arrangement by the contractor (ii) After completion of painting HT/LT bushing, oil inspection glass and name plate to be made clean using volatile cleaner and cost us deemed to be included in quoted.

All as per item No. 39.00 above but capacity of transformer 400-630 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement air break switch gang operated device HT 11 KV triple pole outdoor type with 12 insulator 200 Amps rating with drop out fuse assly with fuse carrier and the fuse element mounted on insulator and steel frame mechanically operated with operating mechanism consisting of operating rod of 25mm bore light grade GI pipe of suitable length operative from ground level and with locking arrangement with MS flat iron clamp 50 x 6 mm including MS channel of suitable size and length to fixing GOD including nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug,bolts,nuts,and screw as specified type SP-55 (11.0 metres long) including fixing of cross arms ,insulators and all electrical cables/ACSR conductors/earthwires and painting with two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer of pole as per sample including taking out the old unserviceable pole complete all as specifies and directed. Note: (i) The portion above coping shall be painted in alternative bands of colours starting with blue colour (each band of 30 Cm wide) by two coats of Synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 meter height and the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (ii) The pole numbers etc shall be enumerated on the poles and the cost of writing letters with synthetic enamel paint shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (iii) PCC and and exavation shall be measured and paid seperately. (iv) The rates also include drilling of holes in steel tubular poles for continuous G.I. earth wire etc. to the required size and number.
