Material and labour for supplying, installations, commissioning and testing of submersible pump etc. of max 150mm dia bearing ISI Mark, pump confirming to IS 8034 1976 with over efficiency of pump being more than 50% and motor confirming to IS9283/1976 to operate on 415 volts (10%-15%) SNY , AC supply suitable for vertical installation in bore/tube well of 150mm internal dia. Capable of delivering below mentioned discharge against respective dynamic head including all necessary accessories such as strainer guard pressure compensation device standard cable lead, built in no return valve pump motor coupling etc. complete. The impeller and diffuser should be made of noryl/industrial plastic and stainless steel housing and stainless steel shaft having resistance to abrasion,Discharge in lpm 100 to 110 lpm dynamic head .Dynamic head in meters -min 90 m etc. submersible pump set complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for supplying, installations, testing & successful commissioning of control panel main box (lockable) made out of CRCA Sheet of 125x75x35, including star delta starter suitable for submersible pump upto 5 HP with required no of nuts and of size 25 X 6 mm M.S flat welded to the back main box with 2” clearance & suitable hole for cables and earthling mounted on M.S angle frame of sizes 50X50X6mm of 155 cm. height of 15cms with 6 nos nut bolts including fixing of CPCRI Approved manufacturer control panel inside the box including complete wiring with single strand, suitable size copper wire and painting with powder coating to resist ultraviolet rays of complete box and stand with seven tank process etc complete.The box should have proper space and provision for fixing capacitor meter box TPN switch fuse unit pilot lamp set and other connected accessories suitable for 4 HP ,3 phase submersibile pump set complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for supplying, fixing and commissioning PVC sheathed submersible cable of size 3 core x 6 sq mm flat submersible cable with Accessories suitable for submersible pump sets confirming to IS specification etc. with necessary cable supporting clamps (rubberized) for gripping and connecting to switches etc.complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for supplying, and fixing at site of GI heavy duty C Class column pipe submersible threaded/welded with MS flange of 16 mm dia including nuts and bolt high tensile type pipe of 50 mm dia suitable for submersible pump non corrosive column pipes etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for supplying, cast iron adopters,connecting from GI column pipe to main distribution line and other materials including testing the joints etc. of size 50mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing steel wire rope 16 mm dia galvanized straid with 'U' clamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing 2” G.I bend (Heavy duty with one sided flange and clamps 2"- 02 No's including nuts and bolts high tensile type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for development of borewell using an air compressor for pumping of muddy water for 06 hours until all lines are flushed out and steady discharge is obtained complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included of FOL charges.

S&F water pressure gauge 0-14 kg/sqcm 2" dia with AVR cock and brass adopter complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches, jointing & testing of GI pipes medium grade of size 50 mm dia including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out for laying pipes/LT cable in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling,including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in solf/loose soil after pipes are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material not exc 50 mtr distance and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying fine dry river sand to entire width of trench as cable cushion in trench for cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Laying in trenches / fixed to wall/ drawn in conduit /laid in floor XLPE insulated armored PVC bedded cable 1100V grade with aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 4 core 25 Sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for eathing complete with galavanized steel earth electrode, 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of 32 x 6 mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and PCC pit type C1 (1:3:6) in cement concrete & 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS round Bar @ 75 mm C/C bothy ways with 02 Nos lifting handles of 12 mm dia MS plain bar, GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade with funnels & wire mesh for watering and 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for earth strip protection etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI earth wire of 4.00mm up to 7.5 m height shall deemed to be included under quoted rate Note : Earth resistance test will be carried out by the contractor under the supervision of Engineer in charge at site on completion if satisfactorily result not found ,contractor is liable to redone the earthing work at his own arragement without any extra cost.
