Earth Work in Embankment (lead upto 8 km) in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in depth earth work in embenkment to in 20 cm layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops also including 1.50 m lift and 30 m lead. The earth form cutting to be used in making in embekment or to be disposited and spoil banks with in 30 M. distance as directed by the engineer in charge etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern

S/L Ready mixed Enamel paint 2 coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint including labour, tools, plant etc required for proper complition etc all complete as per specification or direction by engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat on bituminious surface @ 0.250Kg/Sqm. Bitumen of grade VG-10, includig heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen the mechanical operated spary unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the exiting road surface as per specifications.

Provinding and laying 50mm average compected thickness bituminoues macadam crushed stone aggregated grading premixed with binder of grade [email protected]% (percentage by weigth of total mix) prepared in batch hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. Tranported to sire by tippers laid over a previously surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sencor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Recycling pavement by cold milling of existing bituminous layers, Using by Bituminous Concrete (Grading-II) using bitumen VG-30 content is 5.4% bitumen weight of mix. For reclaimed material, fresh bitumen will be required to the extent of 60% of normal requirement., planning the surface after cold milling, reclaiming excavated material to the extent of 30% of the required quantity, hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant after carrying out necessary checks and evaluation, adding fresh material including rejuvenators as required, mixing in a hot mix plant, transporting and laying at site and compacting to the required grade, level and thickness, all as MoRT&H specified in clause 519.

S/L Hot applied Thermo Plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area thick ness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. the finished surface to be level uniform and free from streak and holes. rates all including of all taxes royality vat etc all t & p /machine material and lobour required for proper complition of work.

Reflective Raised pavement marker providing and fixing of raised pavment markers (cat eye) type x ASTMD - 4956-04 avery dennission /3m (USA make) having moulded body of polycabonate ASA, HIPS or ABS able to support a load of 13.635 MT tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 type H and other requirement mentioned in MoRT&H circular its reflective lens made of micro prismatic lens (capable of providing total internal reflection of light ), electronically welded to the body. The length, height and wiedth of the body shall not exceed 130mm 20mm, and 105mm respectively, The area of each reflective surface shall not be less than 13 Sq. cm. on each side stoping at the angle of 35+5 degree to the base to ensure maximum reflectively. it shall comply to specification of category A of MoRT&H circular no. RW/NH 33023/10/97-DO-III dated 11.06.97 lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate corforming to ASTMD 788 or equivalent. with 7 years warranty. Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc. All T&P machine and labour required for proper completion of work. Note: The composite warranty jointly signed by original manufacturer & authorized converter of at least 7 years shall be furnished non judicial stamp of required denomination.
