Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc (not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying of stone soling tightly hand packed under foundation & under floors incld. all leads, lifts and all carriages upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 mix (1 Cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone agg.40mm Normal Size) using crushed agg. Including all leads, lists and all carriages. Upto site of work complete.

Centering and shuttering incl. strutting, propping etc. for all work upto floor V level and removal of form work

Reinforcement for RCC work incl. Straightening , cutting , bending, placing in position and binding all complete cold twisted bars (TMT bars) incl. all carriages complete

P/L in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, in 1:1.5:3(1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone agg. 20mm normal size) using crushed agg. Including all carriages upto site of work complete.

P/L of cement concrete M-15 grade (1:2:4) mix with 20mm normal size agg. Excl. cost of form work in form work in foundation and plinth incl. all carriages upto site of work complete

GSB filling in plinth etc I layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each layer by ramming, watering complete job.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in super structure above plinth level upto floor 2 level in cement mortar 1:6 mix (1 cement :6 fine sand) including cost of all carriages mechanically / manually complete job.

Providing and applying of 15mm thick cement sand plaster in 1:4 mix

P/L of cement concrete 50mm thick flooring with (1:2:4) using 20mm Normal Size stone aggregate. Complete job

P/F of vitrified floor / ceramic wall tiles of size 60x60cm laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including grading the joints with white cement & matching pigment etc complete
