Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of copper wound step down transformer ,Outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT, 11 KV, 3 Phase, LT , 433 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire with off load tapings on Primary side to vary secondary voltage + 7.5% with tapings at every 2.5% rating of capacity 100 KVA including bushing on HT side and LT side all as per IS 1180 complete all as specified and directed Note:- The Transformer shall be IS : 1180 (Part-I) : 2014 with maximum total loses as per energy efficiency level 2 of IS : 1180 (Part-I) : 2014 and shall comprise of the following: - (a) HT cable box on primary side(HV) including Three Nos of porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete all accessories as required. (b) One cable box on LV side (Secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cables and jointing materials complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (g) One No 100mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter reading temperature indicator with resisting device for transformer.

(h) Two Nos earth terminals for body earthing and two No. earthing terminals for neutral earthing. (j) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (k) Oil level gauge (l) Oil drain filter valve (m) Lifting lugs. (n) Initial filling to transformer oil with required capacity. (o) Pre-commissioning test shall be carried out by the SEI/IEM/Rep of Accepting Officer for which all arrangements shall be made by the contractor without any extra cost (p) Contractor will submit specification from approved manufacturer comprising of the above specification to Engr in Charge and take approval before placing order (q) By directional plane roller-04 Nos (r)Transformer shall be fixed on Existing 4 pole structure

S&F lightning arrestor for outdoor use, expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 11 kilo volts 65KA complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, laying or fixing, jointing and testing HT under ground electric power cable, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, (conforming to ISI-7098), ISI Marked, with aluminium conductor multi stranded, heavy duty, 11000 Volts grade (earthed), of sizes 95 Sqmm, 3 core laid in trenches/laid under floor, roads, paths or fixed on walls /on poles/in ducts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised steel tubing, light grade, ISI marked, for protection of under ground cable on pole/wall/under road of sizes pipe 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised steel tubing, light grade, ISI marked, for protection of under ground cable on pole/wall/under road of size pipe 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, conforming to relevant IS, ISI marked, earthed system, armoured heavy duty, electric 120 Sqmm 3.5 core cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, in trenches/wall/floor/pole complete and making connection including suitable size aluminium lugs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected with 32x6mm size GI strip as earth lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15, type B-1 in pit with precast RCC M-15(1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in cover reinforced with XPM not less than 4.0 Kg per Sqm, test point etc. all as shown in electric plate No-3 of SSR Part-I (2009), complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Earth pit chamber and RCC pit cover shall be painted with two coats of red synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including preparing of surfaces.

Supply, fixing ,installation, testing and commissioning of new LT distribution panel board out door based type suitable using for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volts 50 HZ AC supply system with cubical shape factory fabricated and assembled with made out of CRCA mild steel sheet of 3.15 mm thick with epoxy powder coated painted and with having CPRI approved including making it totally enclosed weather, dust & vermin proof with having double door system and dully fabricated on MS based channel frame work along with cutting, drilling ,bending and welding hot & cold with hinges, clamp, nut & bolt etc. and including making necessary louvers, gasket ,air vent and both front and rear side door opening and locking system and including consisting of nos of required incoming/outgoing feeder compartments with mounting channel along with providing of main three phase & neutral copper bus bar of current rating capacity 450 Amp and duly cover with PVC colour heat shrinkable sleeve as per phase sequence system and duly fixed on insulator complete along with suitable current rating capacity of copper sub distribution bus bar of three phase panelling system for fixing of inter connection of incoming/out going feeder based on the load and duly attached it with main bus bar system and including cover with PVC colour heat sinkable sleeve as per the phase sequence including providing of digital type volt meter and amp meter of maximum range based on panel design load alongwith indication RYB lamp and suitable type CT with ratio of three phase system and also providing of internal control wiring for display & metering eqpt system with multi stranded copper wire complete and including also providing and comprising along with the following mentioned nos of incoming and out going controlling and operating fitted fixture with fitting accessories, cable grand and earth terminal point and including all the items are dully fixed on inside area of panel board system and providing of danger notice board on both side outer body area of LT panel board complete system work .

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L local sand dry, filling in trenches around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F cross arms of mild steel channel or angle sections of required size and shape including clamps, D clamps, eye hooks, back plate with bolts, nuts and washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, insulator in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one priming coat and two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L anti climbing device spikes type fabricated out of MS Bar round type including nuts bolts washer and welding to two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole all as specified and directed.

S&F danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white , with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of existing HT poles priming coat and two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting of minimum sizes 30cm x 30cm and minimum length of 3 mtrs for laying cables etc. and making good the disturbed surface to match existing surface using PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.
