M&L for preparation old decorated external surfaces of wall, chajja, facia etc by complete removing old paints by hand scrubber without disturbing the plastered surfaces broomed to remove all dust, diret and all loose scales of old paints and other foregin matter and applying one coats of water based acrylic weather proof exterior emulsion (Apex ultima superior quality) paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 3mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 5mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.
