Taking out and servicing of window/split type air conditioner cap- 1.5/2.0 Ton incluiding cleaning/removing all dust/mud, oil and other foreign particle with compressed air/water jet from grill, screen filter at indoor unit and condenser fin, evaporator fin at outdoor unit using detergent solution or chemical solution complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for flushing, pressurising the system , leakage testing, vacuumization and charging with refrigerant R -410/R-22 (suitable as per requirement) after rectifying leakage in the system vaccumising and dehydration as per standard practice including testing in all respect for folowing capacity split type air conditioner complete all as specified and as directed. (a) 1.5 Ton Capacity

(b) 2.0 Ton Capacity

M&L for shifting of AC of any type of AC capacity 1.5/2.0 Ton complete in & out door unit including taking out brackets, pipe line and fixing insulating pipelines including brazing of copper tubes, testing/commissioning complete incl shifting of service connection and voltage stabilizer to the new location complete all as specified and as directed

Taking out and servicing of electric driven single phase water cooler of any cap incluiding cleaning/removing all dust/mud, oil and other foreign particle with compressed air/water jet using detergent solution or chemical solution ,leakage testing of refrigerant,storage tank leakage testing complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for painting of water coolers of Cap - 150/150 Ltrs by cleaning old deteriorated exterior surface and necessary prepartion of surface by scrapping rust, grease, dirt etc before applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by using spray painting technique to match with existing colour at existing location complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Ditto all as per Srl Item No 8 here in above but of Water cooler capacity 80/40 Ltrs.

M & L for flushing, pressurising the system , leakage testing vacuumization and charging with refrigerant R-134a at apprporiate pressure after rectifying leakage in the system vaccumising and dehydration including testing as per standard practice at site for water cooler of cap 150/150 ltrs of Make : Bluestar/Usha/Voltas complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

All as per serial item No-10 above but of Water cooler capacity 80/40 Ltrs.

Supply & Fixing plywood 6mm thick duly fixed in windows with screws for ventilation opening for desert cooler as per existing size complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for fixing and grouting of MS Stand (adjustment type) suitable for desert cooler of cap 3000/4000CFM made out of angle iron section complete with two coats of synthetic enammled black paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F in replacement GI pipe, 15 mm bore, medium grade, ISI marked with fittings laid in trenches or fixed to walls, ducts, floors etc incluiding necessary excavation and earth work complete for desert cooler/water cooler connections all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Ditto all as per Srl Item No 23 here in before but of 20mm bore

S&F modular enclosure of single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 25 Amps, 240 volts. Make- L&T, Havells, Legrand complete all as per specified by Engr-in-charge.

M&L concealed submain wiring complete with 6 Sqmm single core multi strandred PVC insulated and sheathed cable FRLS copper conductor two runs and one run of 6 Sqmm copper cable for earth continuity conductor in and including drawn through PVC conduit size not less than 20 mm dia with all PVC accessories. Note:Two runs of 6 sqmm , one run of 6sqmm earth conductor and 20mm dia PVC conduit pipe shall be measured as one length only.

M&L concealed submain wiring complete with 4 Sqmm single core multi srtandred PVC insulated and sheathed cable FRLS copper conductor two runs and one run of 4 Sqmm copper cable for earth continuity conductor in and including drawn through PVC conduit size not less than 20 mm dia with all PVC accessories. Note:Two runs of 4sqmm , one run of 4Sqmm earth conductor and 20 mm dia PVC conduit pipe shall be measured as one length only.
