Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning with AMF panel diesel engine driven out door generating set of 125 KVA(100 KW) capacity of continuous rating at N.T.P, fully wired, 415 volts, AC 3 Phase 4 Wire 50 HZ, at a power factor of 0.8 lagging all as per IS-4722/2001, mounted on common base plate and directly coupled through flexible coupling/closed couple to diesel engine with Dunlop ;cushy foot mountings (anti vibration )Pad in an including acoustic insulated enclosure/canopy with 75 db Noise level at one meter distance from Gen Set suitable for 125 KVA DG Set & PCC(1:2:4) type ;B2 foundation complete all as per OEM specifications and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site etc & consisting of the following :- (A) Diesel Engine : The Engine shall be inline multi cylinder four stroke, 1500 RPM water cooled complete with water pump assembly Turbo charger, Battery charging alternator of 24 Volts, instrument panel, Electronic in build, governor, (Item No.1 Contd.../-)

(Item No.1 Contd.../-) starting battery heavy duty with leads suitable rated batteries and, suitable size of exhaust pipe of suitable size of length inclusive of exhaust coupling inside acoustic enclosure and residential silencer & pipe above canopy all as specified & directed by OEM and all other standard fittings/fixtures all as per OEM specifications complete as per IS-1602 for the Generator including the following:- Engine Make:- Cummins/KOEL/Cater Pillar/Greaves Cotton Ltd. (a) Instrument panel, electronic in build, governor, starting battery heavy-duty with suitable rated batteries, and suitable size of exhaust pipe of suitable size of length inclusive of exhaust coupling inside acoustic enclosure and residential silencer & pipe above canopy all as specified & directed by OEM and all other standard fittings/fixtures all as per OEM specifications complete as per IS-1602 for the Generator including the following : (I) Engine protection devices including audio visual indicators & off system during following instance. (a) Low tube oil pressure, high water temperature, over speeding of engine, low battery charging indicator. (b) Radiator cooling system comprising of radiator, fan belt, water pump with belts, thermostat, guard. (c) Hour meter.

(c) Fuel Tank (Service Tanks) The fuel tank capacity and standards shall be based on OEM recommendations. NOTE:- Contractor shall carryout Testing of DG set in the presence of IEM before commissioning at site and test report , purchase voucher , DG manual book, makers test certificate etc should be handover to concerned JE.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning with AMF panel Diesel Engine Driven silent, generating set 160 KVA, 415 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire, 0.8 PF, 50Hz, brushless, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated, AC, and conforming to condition as per IS:10001/10002 Engine and alternator rating 160 KVA / 128 KW as per IS ; 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for Automatic Starting on Main Failure Control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms complete with foundation ( as per OEM design) with acoustic enclosure, 12/24 volts, starting system with suitable batteries, turbo charger etc. of capacity 160 KVA DG Set complete all as comprising the following. (a) ALTERNATOR : Standard design alternator rated at 160 KVA net out put at site after considering all derating factors, 4 wire 415 volts , 50 cycles, 1500 RPM , self excited self regulated, screen protected drip proof IP-23 enclosure, brushless design with hub and sealed ball/roller bearing with winding on each pole faces, insulating class "H" band of voltage regulation +/- 1% tolerance, revolving field type.

(Item No.2 Contd../-) (b) DIESEL ENGINE: Adequate capacity diesel engine suitable to above alternator, water/liquid cooled, to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions directly coupled to alternator through flexible coupling or closed coupling,multi-cylinder, multi-stroke, direct injection, cold starting,1500 RPM as per relevant ISI/BS-5514 with an over load capacity of 10% for one hour in any 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe running and operation, salient features of accessories shall be as per manufacture's specification under:- (i) Fly wheel housing (ii) Air cleaner dry type (iii)Fuel filter (iv)Fuel injection system including injection pump, solenoid switch nozzle as per manufacture's specification (v) Lubricating oil filter, bypass filter, oil cooler (vi) Lubricating oil pump (vii) Turbocharger (viii) Radiator for water cooling (coolant) (ix) 12/24 volts starting system consisting of batteries of capacity as recommended by manufacture, battery connections with copper leads and with lugs of adequate size, initial charging of batteries, battery charger/generator with regulator, starter motor, starter gear, start and stop push bottoms, ignition key and switch.

(Item No.2 Contd../-) (x) Residential type exhaust silencer complete with exhaust pipe of 100mm to 125mm dia upto outside the acoustic enclosure, all covered with glass wool wrapped with aluminium foil of 28 SWG adequate to create draft for safe exhaust without transferring vibrations to building/wall, flexible exhaust pipe complete. (xi) Engine protection devices including audio and light indicators and cut off system during following instances:- (a) Low lubricating oil pressure (b) High coolant/water temperature (c) Over speeding of engine (xii) Radiator cooling system comprising of radiator, radiator fan belt, water pump with belts, thermostat (xiii) Hour meter (xiv) RPM meter with indicator (xvi) Water temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge, oil temperature gauge.

Item No.2.00 Contd../- (xix) Air intake system (xx) Hand priming pump (xxi) Common, base frame of sturdy design suitable for anti vibration mounting (xxii) Permanent concrete foundation for engine and alternator as per manufactures instruction including base concrete and excavation for generator foundation. (xxiii) Exhaust system (xxiv) Protection guard for safety of person from moving/rotating parts of generating sets and coupling. Electronic governor & Electronic Voltage regulator. (c) Acoustic insulated enclosure /canopy for generating Set :- (i) Acoustic canopy shall be corrosion resistant and shall be modular construction. (ii) Made up of CRCA sheet and pre treated with zinc phosphate prior to polyester powder coated paint, close fit type compact enclosure.

Item No.2.00 Contd../- (iii) Fasteners, hinges shall be stainless steel. (iv) Gasket shall be EPDM quality. (v) Doors shall be sliding type or hinged type (vi) High quality noise absorbent and fire grade acoustic insulation material (PU foam) complying to IS: 8183. (vii) A specially designed residential silencer with the capacity to control engine exhaust noise along with associated piping mounted inside the aquatic enclosure. (viii) Control panel shall have viewing windows. (ix) Emergency spot button shall be easily accessible. (x) Provision of electrical illumination inside canopy /enclosure. (xi) High temperature safety for enclosure. (xii) Locking arrangement for all doors and windows with duplicate keys. (xiii) Lifting points shall be provided on base frame. (xiv) Access to fill radiator from outside the canopy. (xv) Specially designed as per manufacturer's standard alternators are to be provided with central or side door to entry into canopy and exist from canopy. (xvi) Adequate ventilation shall be provided to meet the air requirement to engine and alternator. (d) Anti vibration foundation pads: A set of suitable size and suitable capacity anti vibration pads as required for Generator and engineer assembly shall be provided. ( Make : Dunlop or equivalent as approved by GE)

Item No.2.00 Contd../- (e) Barrel Pump : A barrel pump , rotary type hand pump including 15 metre long braided hose pipe shall be provided for transferring diesel/oil from bulk storage /barrel to the day tank. (f) Tools : As per manufacturer's specifications. (g) Documents: Standard documents as per manufacturer specification such as maintenance and operating manual , parts catalogue , display charts such as maintenance and oil change chart/ boards ( for generator and diesel engine ) and log book shall be submitted to Engineer- In -charge Note : (i) It shall adhere to mandatory noise regulation norms. It shall be approved and guaranteed by engine manufacturer. Canopy and insulation shall be suitable for tropical climate. DG set shall comply noise limit 75 db at 1m distance. Contractor shall obtain a copy of approval certificate from any of the institutions approved by Government of India, CPCB from dealer and shall submit to Engineer- In - Charge. (ii) Factory inspection mandatorily to be carried out by rep of Accepting officer. (iii) 12 hours continuing testing of DG sets at different loads, will be carried out first in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge for the release of payment and second IEM for pre commissioning. The Cost of diesel and testing equipment is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv)The capacity of generating set shall be net after all derating factors as per relevant IS design.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of diesel engine driven generating set with inbuilt AMF panel out door type along with acoustic enclosure fully wired 415 volts AC 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz, having capacity of 62.5 KVA continuous rating at N.T.P comprising as per CPCB norms, in line multi cylinder, radiator cooled continuous rating, power factor 0.8 (lagging) as per IS 4722 with standard in Built panel and connections as per IE Rules. DG Set mounted on a common base plate with anti vibration pad mounting including foundations as recommended by manufactures and all as directed by the Engr-In-Charge consisting of the following:- (a) Diesel Engine The engine shall be multicylinder four stroke, 1500 RPM , Radiator water/ coolant cooled turbo charged complete with instrument panel, electronic governor, starting battery with lead, exhaust pipe and silencer pipe with suitable insulation by glass wool and aluminum cladding, safety devices and other standard fitting etc complete as per IS-10001/10002 part-II 1980 and to produce suitable BHP to generate 62.5 KVA including digital control panel , the control panel shall be shown all readings of RPM/PF/Fuel status/oil temperature/water temperature/RYP current/voltage all as specified. Item No 3 Contd..... Instrument panel, electronic in built governor, starting battery lead acid heavy duty with suitable AH, exhaust pipe, exhaust coupling, inside acoustic enclosure and all as directed by OEM and all other standard fittings/fixtures as per OEM specification. (b) Alternator The alternator should be designed for an output of 62.5 KVA continuous rating at 0.80 PF confirming to IS-4722 or BS 2613, RPM 1500, self exited and self regulating brushless type with standard control panel with accessories, and terminal box with cable gland, earth terminals etc complete all as specified. (c) Fuel Tank (Service Tanks) The fuel tank capacity and standards shall be based on OEM recommendation. AMF Panel: (i) Automatic main failure all including electrical wiring. (ii) Power contactor 4 pole of suitable rating for generator and mains. (iii) Contactor for neutral of generator and mains (iv) Over load relays of genset (v) HRC backup fuses for genset and mains.

Excavation in soft loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and n exceeding 1.5 metre depth and getting out including forming of bottom for laying cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning filling soft & loose/hard & dense soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exceeding 25 cms all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 metres above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Supply, laying of Telerex DWC (double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 120 mm and inner dia 103.5 mm polyethylene including couplers, bends, cap etc., with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as specified. Make : Gemini/Rex Polyextrusion Ltd or equivalent.

Supply, laying of Telerex DWC (double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 90 mm and inner dia 76 mm polyethylene including couplers, bends, cap etc., with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as specified. Make : Gemini/Rex Polyextrusion Ltd or equivalent.

Supply & laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3 1/2 core, laid in duct / fixed on wall/trenches.

Supply & laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 Sqmm 3 1/2 core, laid in duct / fixed on wall/trenches

Supply and fix on-load changeover switch 415 V, 4 pole,200 A. with enclosure Make- L&T Cat pat no SK90488 or equivalent -Havells/C&S

Supply and fix galvanised steel strips 32x6 mm to connect DG sets laid on wall, trenches complete all as directed by Engr - in - Charge .

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using GI strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 15 mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board upto 5.00 metre and GI pipe, light grade, 20 mm bore, for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC (1:2:4 type B1) pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009
