PART - A: Repair of old tennis and basketball court pole and lights

Dismantling & shifting of existing street light pole embedded in cement concrete foundation etc., as required.

For the above item sl. No. 1, Fabrication and supply of suitable size bottom plate duly powder coated shall be welded with the following existing length metallic pole including erection of pole with fasteners etc., as necessary as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Above 10.0 metre and up to 12.0 metre

Providing and making suitable size steel pole collar threaded type with bolt, nuts to fix the pole with required fasteners along with 53 grade cement cement concrete 1:1.5:3 foundation (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of required size and shape including excavation and refilling along with centring, shuttering, form work, plastering, finishing, curing etc., as required as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (volume of pole / pipe not to be deducted). Cement make: Chettinad/ Ultratech/ Ramco/ KCP

Supplying and embedding 40 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) of 2 mtrs length in pole collar / foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape and one coat of zinc chromate primer and 2 coats of aluminium paint complete as required. GI Make: SAIL/ Tata/ Jindal

Applying one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of Aluminium painting of minimum 100-micron thickness on the existing poles along with cross arm including cleaning the surface as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. Paint Make: Asian Paints/ Berger/ Nippon/ Birla

Fabrication, supply and fixing of '2' stepped cross arm made up of GI bracket ISI Marked to accommodate '6' number of LED lights and shall be fixed on the existing pole with suitable size coupler/ clamp including necessary coats of painting as required as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of SMC street light cable looping box of size of minimum 155 mm x 210 mm x 92 mm with ISI marked & minimum IP65 rated suitable for outdoor usage, with hinged cover in front on the existing street light pole/wall, providing 3 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet of suitable size and din channel with 10 Amps C series SPN (2P) MCB & 4 way SMC connector and providing required earthing strip wire etc., as required. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 150 watts LED flood light fitting suitable for operation on 1 phase, 230 V +/-15%, 50 Hz, AC supply made up of pressure die cast aluminium powder coated housing, heat resistant toughened glass and outdoor suitable IP 66 protection shall be fixed on the cross arm including fixtures and connections etc., including fixing arrangement, modification making holes and bolt nut as required. Providing earthing by digging and laying of G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm * 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire ISI marked on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

PART - B: SITC of new mini mast poles and lights

Fabrication, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of minimum '8 mtrs' long polygonal cross section pole made up of 'C' class (Heavy duty) G.I. pipe with suitable base plate at bottom, applying one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of aluminium paint & inbuilt provision for MCB's & 4-way SMC connectors etc., within the pole along with metallic door ISI marked Suitable for pole-to-pole cable looping, Supply & fixing of fixtures mounting ring made up of 'C' class (Heavy duty) GI pipe to accommodate minimum 6 numbers of flood lights with suitable size coupler/ clamp on the pole, including bolts, nuts and other accessories, provision of holes & required size GI cable entry pipe at the bottom of the pole, earthing stud etc., to complete as required.Fabrication and providing suitable size steel pole TMT pedal with anchor bolts, (1 mtr below ground level and 0.34 mtr above ground level, 1 mtr dia) cement concrete foundation (Ratio of 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm) including cutting of existing road, excavation and refilling, foam work, cement plastering, curing etc., as required to complete the job as per the directions of Engineer - in - charge. Supply, drawing, termination and testing of 3 Core * 4 Sq. mm size (phase, neutral & earth) FRLS, PVC insulted multistranded copper cable should be in line with the incoming phase colour, 1.1KV grade in existing surface / recess / PVC conduits/ pipe, including floor/metal cutting & finishing by placing of all the accessories & lugs as per the requirement complete etc. Make: Finolex/ Polycab/ RR kabel/ Havells

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire ISI marked on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

PART - C: Repair of Existing Street light poles

Supplying and fixing of SMC street light cable looping box with screwed door of size minimum 205 mm x 255 mm x 112 mm with ISI marked & minimum IP65 rated suitable for outdoor usage, shall be fixed on the existing street light pole by removing of existing SMC box and supporting welded plates etc., as required, providing 3 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet inside SMC box of suitable size and din channel, 4 way SMC connectors, 6 Amps 'C' curve SP MCB and connecting with required phase, neutral & earthing wire/ strip, connections etc., as required. SITC of 1 no. of TPN, 32 A, 'C' Curve MCB, 4 pole, 32 Amps contactor, digital timer, ON & OFF push buttons, indicators, din rail, 3 mm thick phenolic lamination sheet and internal wiring etc., as necessary for street lights control suitable for inductive loads in the existing DB complete etc., as required. Numbering of street light poles with two different shades of enamel paint as required as per the direction of Engineer - In - Charge

Fabrication, supply & fixing of suitable size street light cross arm made up of GI (Heavy-duty) pipe, the arm shall have an Inner Dia of 80 mm to be fixed on top of the existing pole on one side and shall be welded with a fabricated 32 mm Inner Dia GI pipe at an angle of 135 degree to fix an LED street light fitting on the other side as required as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 70 watts LED street light fitting suitable for operation on 1 phase, 230 V +/-15%, 50 Hz, AC supply made up of pressure die cast aluminium powder coated housing, heat resistant toughened glass and outdoor suitable IP 66 protection shall be fixed on the cross arm including fixtures and connections etc., as required.
