SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (ADDN/ALTN BUILDING WORK/EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORK)

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (For building work and Path work also)

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles/concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete exceeding 15cm thickness (above ground floors) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of building materials/demolished materials by manual or mechanically including demolished material from site and to be removed outside defence area distance exceeding 1.00km but not exceeding 5.00Km to be dumped at a place approved by state govt for the same purpose complete all as specified and as directed. The rates of loading, unloading, transportation of material to be removed is deemed to be included in overall rates quoted by the bidder against this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account

Taking down cement plaster built in cement mortar, of any description on brick or stone walls, to any thickness (including any number of layers of plaster/overlapping of tiles/mosic wall finishes) including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water, removing dust, debries/rubish etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Contractor shall have no claim what so ever expenditure incurred at site in respect of thickness of plaster.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exceeding 1.50 square metre and not exceeding 4.0 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 square metre but not exceeding 2.00 square metre each complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor or kitchen slab laid, bedded and pointed in any type of mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling, mass concrete, in sunken floors and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, floors, pavings and the like including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for form work to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges, not exceeding 200mm thick, with rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under relevant item of this BOQ.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or over roof concrete surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound including finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under relevant item of this BOQ.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceiling, chajjas, roof projection, facias and the like of concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface even and rough for laying floor finishes/floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for joint free Non-Skid coloured Ceramic, first quality, tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 square metre but not exceeding 0.18 square metre, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for joint free Non-Skid coloured Ceramic, first quality, tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 square metre but not exceeding 0.18 square metre, in vertical surfaces of wall such as skirting, dado and the like, inclduing cutting of tiles to required size, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick, coloured glazed ceramic tiles, first quality, on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments. (Note: Any disturbed surfaces shall be matched with existing surface without any extra cost to the govt) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surfaces even and rough for wall tiles/finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including finishing the surfaces even and rough for leveling course including WPC complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under relevant item of this BOQ.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone crushed aggregate in plinth protection, 75mm thick, finished even and fair without using extra cement, including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with and including bitumen and sand of ratio 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in flooring inclduing finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-25 design mix using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs, in shelves, roof projection, etc, and finishing exposed surfaces fair & even complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for post construction anti-termite treatment by providing and injecting at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 50mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for post construction anti termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion at the rate of one litre per hole 300 mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match with the existing floors all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut mirror polished kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre-polished granite work 16 to 18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of makrana white over 15 mm thick Screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 18-20 mm thick pre- polished granite slab machine cut of any shade as approved by GE, laid over cement screed bed including cutting and nosing with suitable hole for cylinder gas pipe, grinding and mirror polishing (Granite finish) with suitable grinding stones set in cement mortar 1:4 in single piece for cooking platform and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pressed steel frames (Factory made) made out of 1.25mm thick mild steel black sheet for doors, with double rebates including necessary fixing lugs, butt hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete, size of frame 125 x 60mm including one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, including bottom of each chowkat to be welded with 2 Nos 25 x 25 x 3mm thick flat iron projecting 10 cm on either side and back fill to chowkahts with PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate after applying and including one coat of black paint to prevent from corrosion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for pressed steel frames (Factory made) made out of 1.25mm thick mm black MS sheet for doors, with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, butt hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete, size of frame size 105 x 60mm including one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer,inclding bottom of each chowkat to be welded with 2 Nos 25 x 25 x 3mm thick flat iron projecting 10 cm on either side and back fill to chowkahts with PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate after applying and including one coat of black paint to prevent from corrosion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 35mm flush shutters factory made, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, including both faces covered with pre-laminated both side with decorative choice laminations complete with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for anodised aluminium window powder coated and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 75mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no) including glazing suitable for fixing of 5mm thick plain sheet glass and stainless steel wire mesh complete all as specified. Note: 5mm thick sheet glass and stainless steel wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply and fixing" under relevant item of this BOQ.

Material and labour for anodised aluminium powder coated window with glazed and wire mesh shutter sliding aluminium open three track section having specific size of style ,top rails and bottom rails including anodised aluminium frame incl necessary joining cleats, glazing clips rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screws, anodised aluminium fittings complete and including glazing by using 5mm thick plain sheet glass and stainless steel wire mesh of dia 0.36 mm and aperture 1.40 mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. 5mm thick sheet glass and stainless steel wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply and fixing" under relevant item of this BOQ. 2. PVC rubber, EPDM rubber and sliding window lock shall be paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Material and labour for PVC roller not exceeding 40mm dia fixed to aluminium sliding window shutter with necessay clip or screw etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for EPDM rubber to aluminium window frame for fixing window glass etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for aluminium anodised powder coating grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing (to existing door frames) for 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. Mild steel stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. (For external electric supply and sewage disposal work)

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover conforming to IS: 5820 with minimum average breaking load capacity 200 kgs for unreinforced covers , class LV Type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

GI tubing Light grade 50 mm dia along the wall/in trenches/in duct/in culvert/road crossing and including provisioning of suitable mild steel flat iron clamps and bolts, nuts and double washers etc for holding of GI pipe alongwith poles including taking out old broken Gi pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' PARTI-V (SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORK)

Demolition & breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in CM Internal dia of pipe 150 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in for 150mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 150mm dia reinforced concrete pipe Class NP3 laid in trenches and jointed completely with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm dia, making good to pipe & rendering, cutting out existing benching for & forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, & reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VII (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.

Note: (1) The repair has to carried out as and when required basis and accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Enginer-in-Charge in the Air Force station at Jammu
