PROVN OF UPVC PARTITION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST RAIN IN BLDG NO. 45 AT DSSC WELLINGTON

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for UPVC door with shutters .The construction profile shall be overall frame sectional size 60x 58mm with wall thickness 2.70+/- 0.2mm extruded sections.The corners shall be plastic welded.The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reiforced with galvanised steel profileof wall using 8mm dia 80mm long MS screws minimum 3 Nos on each side.The glazing shall be fixed to door frame with UPVC standared beading s of sectional size 24.05x16mm & 2mm thick.The bottom portion of door shutter shall be provided with UPVC board 5mm thick & 1Mtr in height and the balance shall be glazed excluding the shutter frame area.The shutter shall be fixed to frame using 3Nos of 3D hinges.The door shutter shall be provided with 5mm thick sheet glass & 5mm UPVC board with EPDM rubber gasket,multi point locking with powder coated handles and two numbers powder coated MS tower bolts complete all as specified and as directed.The cost of glass, sheet etc shall be deemed with the quoted rate.

Supply and fix UPVC Partition consisting of 6 mm thick toughened glass reinforced with frame work made from 60mm x 60mm frame including necessary drilling,jointing and fill the gap with necessary solvent,and fixing all required cleats,brackets ,channels etc all as specifed and directed. Note : Partition shall be designed according to the approval of GE and the cost shall be deemed with cost of neccesary glass/PVC panelling according to the design)

Supply and fixing factory made UPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window/partition with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks in all three panels with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, incl Glazing shall be provided with 6 mm thick toughened glass fixed with appropriate size beading as per manufacurer's specifications and Stainless steel wire mesh 0.36mm nominal dia and average width of aperature 1.40mm shall be provided with each window shutter, complete all as specified and directed. Note: For UPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaceswall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls applying two coats of distemper, oil emulsion including alkali resistant primer over 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion with 1 mm thick putty over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion with 1 mm thick putty over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surface of exterior walls and applying two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion weather proof paint over a coat of primer complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed.

M&L for Granite 18-20mm (any patern) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thickness of mortar including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified and as directed.
