Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and refilling the sides,cleaning and leveling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Earth work open excavation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts. within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling with M-Sand for basement to required thickness, watered, well rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling with gravel for foundation and basement to required thickness, watered, well rammed and consolidated, etc., completed as directed by the departmental officers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M-sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and flooring the top surface rough to receive the floor including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (one part cement and five parts M-sand) using best quality II class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-1/2" x 3" to line, level and to plumb on one face including necessary scaffolding, racking out joints, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer and as per standard specification. a)for Foundation and Basementa)

b) for above basement up to 4.50m ht.

Supplying , erection and steel centering for all RCC works using M.S Sheet, M.S. angles casurina props C.W.joints for all type of RCC works (ie) beams, roof slab, lintel, column footing, column & roof beam etc., including necessary supports with all cross bracing, filling the slits and holes the reprieved materials should be taken by the contractor and side shuttering etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.a) Up to basement - cloumn surface

b) Up to basement - Plain surface

c) above basement level 3.30m height - column surfaces
