Hire charges for providing and operation of silent Diesel Generating set of the following capacities of 3 phase 440 volts including suitable capacity switch gear,watch and ward connections with a suitsble size of armoured cable up to change over switch ,transportation, etc.complete as required during various events organized by ITPO.(The silent DG sets will be provided as per the quantity approved by the Engineer in charge during each fair).

Operation chareges of the following capacity Silent type DG Sets complete with Diesel Oil, Mobile oil, transportation, operator complete as required.

SUB HEAD-II(Cable and switches )

Providing and fixing main distribution angle iron Board with 400/630Amps. TPN AC main switch fuse unit including connecting up and providing double loop earthing with the main power outlet on hire basis for fair period as reqd.(Maximum period 15 days)

Providing and fixing main distribution angle iron Board with 200/300Amps. TPN AC main switch fuse unit including connecting up and providing double loop earthing with the main power outlet on hire basis for fair period as reqd.(Maximum period 15 days)

Providing and laying/fixing of 3 ½ core armoured LT cable of 1.1 KV grade 300sq. mm. to 400 sq. mm. size on ground/overhead including connections, interconnections and earthing etc. on hire basis for fair period as equired.(Maximum period 15 days)

Providing and laying/fixing of 3 ½ core armoured LT cable of 1.1 KV grade 120sq. mm. to 240 sq. mm. size on ground/overhead including connections,interconnections and earthing etc. as required on hire basis for fair period(Maximum period 15 days)

Providing and laying sub main of size 2x6sq.mm./2x10sq.mm. Al/copper conductor PVC insulated wire including loop earth wire as required(on hire basis for fair period).

Providing and laying/fixing of following sizes of four poles isolator complete with connection, interconnection and testing on hire basis as required with enclosures of suitable sizes: 32/40 amp

Providing and laying/fixing of following sizes of four poles isolator complete with connection, interconnection and testing on hire basis as required with enclosures of suitable sizes: 63 amp

Providing and laying/fixing of following sizes of four poles isolator complete with connection, interconnection and testing on hire basis as required with enclosures of suitable sizes: 100 amp

Supplying installation of 3 channels Composite rubber & Abs cable Protector on Hire basis during the Fair period.

Supplying installation of 2 channel Composite rubber & Abs cable Protector on Hire basis during the Fair period.

Hire charges for providing air-conditioning facility in by using air cooled package/chiller unit/split air conditioning units of suitable capacity ,fire retardant fabric ducts and electrical connections from nearest source of power up to 30 mtr. Along with connecting refrigerant piping from outdoor to indoor units, gas charging internal electrical connection complete with installations testing commissioning of units in all respects and maintenance of the equipments during the event.

Providing new cloth to cover the AC stands with suitable supports on hire basis during the event.
