Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil within 50m, initial lead and 1.5m, initial lift including rought dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Sand filling in foundation and plinth including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the driection of the Engineer in Charge. (linear measurement will be taken and quantity will be calculated on standard weight for all heights).

Filling area with excavated earth materials including labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the driection of the Engineer in Charge.

Conveyance of excavated earth materials by mechanical means including 5km lead complete including all labour, materials & royality etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing & laying plain cement concrete (1:3:6) using 4cm size metal etc. complete including all labour, materials & royality etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing lifting, hoisting and laying R.C.C. of M-20 Grade to base of columns and footing, columns, beams, plinth band, lintels, chajja, shaft, fins, roof slabs, balconies, stair cases, parapets, window sills, lofts, railing, jally, copping or in places as shown in the drawing for all floors with 20mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken ships of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and vibro compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumbs and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth (if required providing plaster with cement mortar (1:4) wherever necessary without any extra cost) including rigid smooth centering and shuttering, scafolding, watering (excluding reinforcement bars) and curing for required period including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, royality, loading and unloading, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Chequered tile flooring in floors of approved make laid on 20mm thick C.M (1:4) & filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials,labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the driection of the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing GraniteSlab (0.4 to 1.00 Sqm ) in floors of approved make laid on 20mm thick C.M (1:4) & filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the driection of the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying & fixing of printed vitrified tiles on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc complete.

Supplying & fixing of colour printed vitrified (Dado) tiles on 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including all taxes etc complete.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete.

Supplying all materials and labour,tools and plant and providing sanitary sealing by cement concrete grouting of annular space around GI/PVC/MS housing pipe upto 5 mtrs below ground level(as per drawing)to plug the bore hole excluding cost of cement all complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. Minimum one metre of casing pipe to be inserted in the bore into the rock the bottom to ensure sanitary sealing(excluding cost of cement which willbe supplied by the Department).

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing, fitting and fixing vertical submersible pump to run on 3 phase line voltage ranging from 320 volt to 450 volt conforming to IS: 8034/89 with jointing with GI/PVC/HDPE pipes, electrification, testing, commissioning, trial running, conveyance of all materials to worksite, etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge (Texmo/ KSB/Kirloskar make)

Supply all materials,labours,T&P and construction bore well protection chamber of the inside size 650x650x1000 height with cement concrete ( 1:3:6) using 40 mm size hard granite metal on foundation,1st class fly ash brickwork in cement motar(1:3),with base cement concrete (1:2:4) useing 12 mm size h.g chips ,12 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) inside and out site ,R CC cover slab in (1:1.5:3) using 12 mm size h.g chips earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil and refiling the cavity around the chamber including watering ,curing,convayance of all materials to worksite,payment of royalty,taxes etc all complete as per approved specification and direction of the engineer-in -charge.
