Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide in soft/loose soil complete for taking out/laying of Cable.

All as per item No 1 above but in hard dense soil

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer of soft/loose/hard/dense soil complete and all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point. Complete and all as specified.

M&L for natural dry river sand/ Ridddled earth as per IS for cushioning including spreading, levelling and hand punning to underground cable in trench all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

M&L for brick protection with Class "B" Bricks all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old brick/PCC cable cover during excavation and relaying the same serviceable brick / PCC covers for protection of UG cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation for filling in, mass concrete for foundation of Pole, Transformer, Panel board, stay, post top lantern, repairs to road cutting, drain, path etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping of new pole / reconstruction old damaged copings etc, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable,multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade laid on trenches/walls/drawm through pipes or poles etc of size 2 core 10 sq mm including necessary termination lugs & glands of sizes all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of old broken/worn out steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug bolts nuts and screws confirming to IS : 2713 and made out of structural steel tube confirming to IS: 1161 and painted internally with a coat of bituminous paint and externally one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long). Note : Excavation and earth work and PCC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing cross arms bracings supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ACSR conductor incl jointing with existing conductor and stringing on LT pole and proper fastening to pin/shackle insulators with aluminium binding wires and required jumpering connection all as directed

Dimantling and taking down old/unsv insulator of any type any size from pole/stay for reuse at site or carrying to store for credit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for stay wire using galvanised steel strand of 7/3.15mm complete with necessary binding incl dismantling taking down unserviceable one all as specified and directed

S&F cradle hexagonal /rectangular fabricated with galvanised steel wire not less than 4mm dia on pole incl dismentling taking out unsv cradle guard

M&L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to and including testing point and GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm 7.5 mtr beyond the earth pit as earthing lead including GI protection pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) burried in ground at a depth of 300 mm upto 7.5 mtr beyond the earth pit and connecting to equipments by means of earthing lead , GI bolts, nuts & washer etc with provision of char-coal and salt etc all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, 2009 including RCC cover and MS angle iron frame watering arrangements with GI pipe 20 mm dia (medium grade) & MS funnel, concrete pit including excavation and earthwork and testing on completion etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Rate of item is deemed to be included for excavation in hard rock, by compressor machine to achieve required depth.

Labour only for restringing of overhead ACSR conductor of any size includign cradle gaurd / GI earth wire on pole after disconnecting all jumpering connection & binding of insulators and including rejointing all jumper connections and insulators, binding with aluminium conductor providing required T&P all as specified and directed

Supply and fix of LT outdoor type feedar pillar box confirming to IS 8623 with IP-54 protection of minimum size (750x750x250)mm made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with both side openable door with locking arrangement and complete panel should be powder coated with having neoprene rubber gasket for sealing door, doors of the panel should be removable type, including Al bus bar of suitable size and capacity as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Aluminium Bus Bar shall be measured separately under relevant item of Schedule A.

Descaling of LT indoor/outdoor Panel/feeder pillar box any type by disconnecting and removing all the incoming and outgoing cable connection from MCCBs, cleaning of dust with air blower, burnt busbars, burnt thimbles, any type of insulators, cable tray, sprial piping, necessary cable tie, reconnections after proper cleaning of contacts with CRC solution and fixing of hanging front and rear openings with new hinges including welding as required painting of complete panel including stand and door/back outside(after proper scrubbing) with synthetic enamel paint one coat as per specified colour code including writing of panel/feedar panel location using black systhetic paint and reconnecting the dismantled LT cables etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge. Note :(i) Cost of labour, cotton waste and T&P required for upkeeping/maint work is inclusive in quoted rate.

Supply only RYB indicator lamp LED type for incoming and outgoing supply as per Existing size all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing of APFC panel cleaning, tightning of connections, setting programme, testing of CT including caliberation of APFC panel replace unserviceable capacitors, capacitor contactor, breakers, power factor controller after servicing testing panel and achive power factor of 1.000 all as directeda and satisfied by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Capacitors, capacitor contactor, power factor controller measered and paid separately.

M&L for cleaning of MES electric supply installations/campus by surface dressing or trimming of natural ground to remove small unequalities not exc 15 cm deep (including removing vegetation/ shrubs/brush wood/under growth) and carrying away the rubbish to a distance of not exc 50 mtr away complete all as specified and as directed.
