Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven point five) in Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) in super structure above plinth level up to all floors level including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) Second class teek wood as per the direction of Engineer in Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° (fifteen degree) landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to all floor level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 ( one cement : one and half coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty millimetre) nominal size). including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Steel reinforcement Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 (five hundered ) of Sail / TATA Tiscon/Shyam Steel/ Jindal panthar for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding, cutting, straightening and placing in position complete including cost of binding wires complete upto plinth levels as per approved specifications, drawing, design, as per entire satsfaction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work of (TATA,SAIL or RASHTRIYA ISPAT) riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections/, trusses and framed work , including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete In trusses and trussed purlins in building upto floor all level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm(zero point six zero millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet of TATA Durashine in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20(twenty) microns over 5 (five)microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm(six millimeter) dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet of Tata Durashine / Sail / Reliance in roofing accessories 0.50 mm (zero point fifty millimeter) (+0.05 %) (plus zero point zero five percent) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 (one hundred twenty) grams per sqm as per IS: 277 (indian standard two hundred seventy seven) , in 240 (two hundred fourty ) mpa steel grade, 5-7 (five - Seven) microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 (fifteen - eighteen) microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) (five hundred - six hundred millimeter) upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing mild steel BP sheet 1.66mm (one point sixty six millimetre) to 2mm(two millimetre) thick in eaves board /facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separtely including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 12 mm (twelve millmeter) thick flat pressed 3 three) layer medium density particle board or graded particle board (Grade I) (one) IS: 3087 (Indian Standard : Three thousand Eighty seven) marked, in ceiling with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately) and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts including all incidentals.
