M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and M&L for thourughly wetted surface to ensure better sticking including sand paper gentle rubbing to obtain smooth surfaces, including all necessary arrangement for execution of work, preparation of existing surface with wall care putty on plastered surface and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (weather coat smooth) using hand roller over and including one coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L water proofing treatment to roof surface by applying with a coat of cold aplied bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm conforming to IS-33894 and laying APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150gms/sqm) shall only be used. It shall be laid by torch application. Side over laps shall be 75mm and the end lap shall be 100mm and all over laps and joints shall be sealed by torch application. For parapets, membrane shall be taken to a height of minimum 60cm and then inserted inside the parapet groove. This shall be finished by a membrane flashing including a coat aluminuium paint over APP membrane as per manufacturer instructions.

Taking down existing roof treatment complete including demolition of PCC, Mud phuskas, lime concrete etc any description upto mother slab, and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes and removing the debris out side of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Eng- In-Charge.

M&L screed plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surfaces of roof to receive water proofing treatment finished even and fair incl mixing of WPC as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling false ceiling board or insulation board etc, any thickness including snap grid frame etc complete all as specified.

M&L anodized aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605 mm for false ceiling including and providing 12 mm thick medium density fibre boards exterior grade fixed with aluminium work with screw as per specification alll as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but n exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube of 1.25 mm thickness suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing given in SSR Part-I complete as directed and specified.

The size of members of shutters shall be as specified in MES SSR Part-I complete as directed and specified.
