Testing and Repairing leakage in system Air conditioner of 1.5 ton capacity by injecting nitrogen gas upto 300 PSi, repairing leaking spots/joints with gas welding including supply & fixing of filter pencil type copper (in replacement), cleaning & flushing out complete system with gas, making the system leak proof, vaccumising the system and supply & charging refrigerant gas F-22 (approx 1.90 Kg) complete.

M&L for taking down split type AC complete with connectted electric wires, copper tubing, insulation sleeves, outdoor fitting bracket from exiting place and the same fitted to as per requirement/ handed over site,and after fitting complete AC from one place to another place, find leakage in system by injecting nitrogen gas upto 300 PSi, repairing leaking spots/joints with gas welding including copper tubing up to 2 running mtr (in replacement), after exceeding 2 Running mtr it 9 Copper tubing) should measured and paid separately, cleaning & flushing out complete system with gas, making the system leak proof, vaccumising the system and supply & charging refrigerant gas F-22 (approx 8 Kg) in air conditioner 1.5 Ton to 2.0 ton completeall as per directed by Engr-in Charge

Supply & fixing in replacement cable PVC flexible copper conductor 3 core heavy duty 4.0 Sqmm complete all as specified and direct ed at site. Make : Plaza/Finolex/ ISI mark

M&L Checking the unserviceable plant (such as AC window type/split type of any capacity, Desert cooler etc) of any make, size and capacity, making it serviceable by tightening the connection, checking power point /socket point and making it functional, replacement of screws, small pieces of wire, etc complete Note:- Petty stores such as insulation tape, screws, small pieces of wires, etc shall be provided by the Contractor. Cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. .
