M&L for milling of existing asphaltic road surface upto 50mm with asphaltic milling machine sensor paver and removal of loose material from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5Kg/10Sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminious macadam laid/rolled and campacted to required gradient and camber with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of VG-30 laying with mechanical paver (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bitumanuous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to rquired camber and gradient by using Tendem Vibratory steel wheel, static steel wheel and pneumatic type roller minimum capacity 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) In design mix criteria if bituminous binder required more than 5.5% nothing extra shall be admissible in quoted rates. (ii) If bituminous binder quantity less than 5.5% then Rs40.00 per Kg shall be deducted from quoted rates. (iii) Quoted Rates shall be inclusive of above provisions and bidder should consider this aspect while quoting the rates and no claim on this account shall be entertained at later stage.

M&L for laying 40mm thick bitumen mastic wearing coarse with industrial bitumen confirming to IS 702 prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope and cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc all complete. (Density of mastic asphaltic as 2.29 gm/cc and percentage of bitumen 10.20% as per MORTH specification)

M&L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like nexc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer instruction complete all directed.

M&L for 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 over and including 50 mm thick Sand filling, set in floors/ hardstanding/ path etc including dismantling old interlocking tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete kerb stone type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) of size 300x 450x200mm thick and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation exc on for walls, shafts, manholes not exc 10 Sqm on plan or for laying pipes/cables etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returing filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft or loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavatged matereials to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving near 15 cm thick (below or above ground level).

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded as in lintels upto 1.5 mtr clear span , cills , seismic and other similar bands , plinth courses , coping, bed blocks an the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in CM 1:6 using Sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6mmean radius including demolition of existing brick/block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces & finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any position incl scafolding etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for frame work such as grill, grating etc with ends bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete including all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW/AC/RCC) including hunching and benching set in cement mortar for 150mm to 200mm dia pipe, and removal of debris from site and deposited where directed at a distance not exc 1KM from site complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipe 150 mm bore incl forming cradles complte all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm dia (internal dia) RCC hume pipe class NP2 laid and and jointed complete with colleres complete laid in trenches and tested complete all as specified and directed.
