Supply and install commissioning and testing factory made and tested (includng CPRI certified) LT panel box (KIOSK) out door type platform mounted suitable for 415 volt , 3 phase, 4 wire , 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed having busbar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bars 600 amps rating installed on percelain insulators, the panel shall be dust and vermin proof double door made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet outer & inner 2.0 mm thick and individual compartment for MCCB/MCB & volt/Amps meter and 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick angle iron for stand. The necessory electric connection of MCCB above including 63 amp should be carried out copper busbar and below 63 amp should be carried out from 16 sqmm single core copper cable. The complete feeder pillar box should be power coated including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cables appropriate size but not less than 4 Sqmm for metering system. Supply and install bus bar chamber, factory made, cubicle type, out door type double door, locking arrangements, made up of MS sheet of min 3mm thickness, size 60X60X40 cm CRCA FRP proof, zinc coated, 7 tank wahsed, including spraying light smoke grey weather proof mettalic paint with RYB indicators, 100Amp capacity Aluminium bus bar, 01x 4 pole MCCB 63 Amp 16 KA , suitable cable jointing arrangements etc mounting channels made up of MS angle, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Drawing and make shall be approved by GE before installtion at site.
