Making Domesting Connection using 100mm DWC pipe -

Excavation for laying of 100 mm dia HDPE DWC pipes for making of sewer house connections including dressing, levelling, refilling of trenches in 20 cm layers, watering and ramming the same including disposal of surplus earth or other dismentled materials upto a distance of 50m from the centre of the trenches including all labour, T&P, materials etc all complete for proper completion of work.

Supply of the 100mm ID DWC pipe with specials such as bends, reducer, Tee ,Door bend & P-Trap of required size at every outlet of household etc required for making sewer house connection conforming to relevant latest IS Codes with DWC couplet etc. F.O.R. destination including all taxes,insurance and all charges and making sewer house connection from Toilets,Kitchen & bathroom for tapping of grey and black water, Laying & jointing of 100mm DWC pipe including carting to the site of work lowering them into trenches and laying true to alignment and gradient including cutting of pipes etc. for making of length, Dismantling and reinstatement for Ramp/drain/CC or Stone flooring for laying of 100mm ID SN-8 DWC Pipe for sewer house connection, Removal/cleaning of silt, sludge and garbage from existing drain for a depth up to 1.5m below G.l. and its disposal up to distance of 50m including all labour T&P etc. complete required for the proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Sewer Interconnecting Chamber (0.30 x 0.30 x 0.45 M) Construction of Sewer house connecting chamber of size 0.30x.030x0.45m including excavation of earth in ordinary soil & soil mixed with mouram shingle kankar below ground level , dressing, levelling, refilling of trenches in 20 cm layers, watering and ramming the same including disposal of surplus earth or other dismantled materials upto a distance of 50m from the centre of the trenches,, Providing P.C.C. 1:4:8 with 40mm stone ballast , P.C.C. 1:2:4 with 20mm stone ballast below pipe, 1st class brick in 1:4 cement and coarse sand, 12mm thick plaster in 1:4 cement and coarse sand outside & inside of chamber, provide and fixing 56x56cm MH cover and frame, reinstate dismantled area around chamber including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in Charge. If any Utilities(along or across) are damaged during this work (such as telephone cables, electric cables, gas pipelines, sewer house connections, water house connection,internet/fibre optic cable etc.), it will be repaired by the contractor at his own cost. No extra payment will be paid for this work.All charges are included in this item.

Sewer Connecting Chamber 0.60x0.60x0.75M - Construction of Sewer house connecting chamber of size 0.60x0.60x0.75m including excavation of earth, dressing, levelling, refilling of trenches in 20 cm layers, watering and ramming the same including disposal of surplus earth or other dismantled materials upto a distance of 50m from the centre of the trenches, Cement concrete with 20mm gauge stone ballast, local sand & cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work ,Cement concrete with1:2:4 with 20mm gauge stone ballast, coarse sand and cement, trovel finish for qunette, 1st class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar, 12 mm thick Plastering with 1:4 cement & course sand mortar including all complete in indside & outside of the chamber, providing & fixing 60cm x 60cm RCC cover slab with frame including their supply and fixing including reistate dismantled area around chamber ,supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in Charge. If any Utilities are damaged during this work (such as telephone cables, electric cables, gas pipelines, sewer house connections, water house connection,internet/fibre optic cable etc.), it will be repaired by the contractor at his own cost. No extra payment will be paid for this work.All charges are included in this item.

Sewer line from (0.3 x0.30 x0.45) chamber to 0.60x0.60x0.75 chamber - Supply & laying of 150 mm dia DWC HDPE pipe line from (0.3 x0.30 x0.45) chamber to 0.60x0.60x0.75 chamber including excavation, trimming, dressing, levelling, refilling of trenches in 20 cm layers, watering and ramming the same including disposal of surplus earth or other dismantled materials upto a distance of 50m from the centre of the trenches, Supply, Laying & jointing of the 150mm dia DWC Sewer pipe SN-8 with specials confirming to relevant IS code with couple etc. F.O.R. destination including all taxes and insurance for connecting S.C.C. to I.C.. including carting to the site of work lowering them into trenches and laying true to alignment and gradient including cutting of pipes etc. for making of length, dismantling and reinstatement of chamber wall including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in Charge. If any Utilities are damaged during this work (such as telephone cables, electric cables, gas pipelines, sewer house connections, water house connection,internet/fibre optic cable etc.), it will be repaired by the contractor at his own cost. Sewer line from S.C.C. to M.H. Using 150mm dia DWC Sewer pipe - Supply and laying of 150mm dia HDPE DWC pipes from sewer house connecting chamber to Manhole including excavation, pits trimming, dressing, levelling, refilling of trenches in 20 cm layers, watering and ramming the same including disposal of surplus earth or other dismantled materials upto a distance of 50m from the centre of the trenches, Supply, Laying & jointing of the 150mm dia DWC Sewer pipe SN-8 with specials confirming to relevant IS code with couple etc. F.O.R. destination including all taxes and insurance for connecting S.C.C. to M.H. including dismantling of existing Manhole wall & its repairing including carting upto site of work, lowering them into trenches and laying true to alignment and gradient including cutting of pipes etc. for making of length including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in Charge. If any Utilities(along or across) are damaged during this work (such as telephone cables, electric cables, gas pipelines, sewer house connections, water house connection,internet/fibre optic cable etc.), it will be repaired by the contractor at his own cost. No extra payment will be paid for this work.All charges are included in this item.

Additional height for existing Sewer Connecting chamber size 0.60x0.60x75 m - Increasing height of existing chambers (0.60x0.60x0.75m) including excavation , dressing, levelling, refilling of trenches in 20 cm layers(at a time), watering and ramming the same including disposal of surplus earth or other dismentled materials upto a distance of 50m from the centre of the trenches, providing 1st class brick work in 1:4 cement and course sand mortar but in arch work in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work & Plastering with 1:4 cement & course sand mortar including all complete, indside & outside the chamber including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
