Erection of the following supports including cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories digging of pits complete in all respect, as per RESSPO drawing. All types of clamps, stone pad, nut, bolt washers would be provided by the contractor.

Erection/fixing for stay set with stay wire and clamp as per RESSPO drawing including binding, clamping, tightening, and nozzeling etc. complete in all respect including its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 of cement, sand and brick ballast and sand before back filling of the pits as per RESSPO schedule all clamps, nuts & bolts, cement, brick, concrete etc would be provided by contractor.

Concreting of supports in 1:4:8 ratio and plinthing of supports upto 300mm above ground level by using cement ,brick ballast and sand in ratio 1:4:8 as per RESSPO drawing with watering/curing properly upto proper setting of plinthing.All matrial would be provided by the contractor.

Laying and sagging of 3 phase ACSR Dog conductor from 132/33 kv s/s lalpur (Banda) to 33/11 KV substation Khutar including jumpering, hoisting, fixing of all type of insulators, binding, jointing and its clamping etc. in all respect.

Earthing of each S.T Poles of the line is to be done by inserting the MS earth rod (1800x20mm) into soil by hammering and properly fastning with GI wire to each support by nut & bolt. Earthing rod must be 0.15Mtr.above from the plinth of the support. All type nut & bolt would be given by the contractor.

Earthing of each PCC Poles of the line is to be done by inserting the MS earth rod (1800x20mm) into soil by hammering and properly fastning with GI wire to each support & its accessories by nut & bolt. Earthing rod must be 0.15Mtr.above from the plinth of the support. All type nut & bolt would be given by the contractor.

Fabrication and fixing of guarding angle on Single/double poles, Stringing and sagging of three nos. Earth/GI wire with cardle guarding of above 33 KV line as per RESSPO Norms including provision of all necessary clamps and hooks. Shifting of existing line conductor of 11 KV/LT line to maintain proper clearance in between both lines (all required material will be provided by the contractor except guarding angle and earth/GI wire).

Painting of following supports with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum white paint of ISI mark and top danger portion of each support must be painted by providing two coat of Post Office Red Paint (1.5mtr upper portion of support.) Paint and material would be given by contractor to complete the job.

Fixing of danger board on each location and G.I barbed wire including proper clamping and providing anti climbing device by using including supply of the above items.

Write serial number on each pole in English with black paint in yellow paint background. (All material would be provided be firm.)

Laying of single circuit 33 KV 3X300 Sq. mm XLPE cable in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required material as fine sand, 1st class bricks, stone slab. Inter axial spacing between the two cable should be in between 0.25 m to 0.40m. (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 KV XLPE cable)

Cable laying by drill method in single circuit ( All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 KV XLPE cable)

Single CKT cable laying by drill method in HDPE Pipe including cost of material (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 KV XLPE cable)

Hoisting of 33 KV 3X300 Sq. mm. XLPE cable on double pole with GI pipe of size 6" dia 3 M long including its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts.

Fixing of 33 KV O/D or I/D/ S/ THROUGH

Cable route marker of size 36X12X3 Inch

Clearing of the line route by cutting of tree branches during erection of line and also upto the time of energisation completely as per direction of Incharge.
