M&L for Supply, test, erection & commissioning of Steel tubalar swaged poles staying in a truely vertical position till the foundations are properly set with the help crane complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws including drilling of holes to poles for clamps & hooks for running of earth wire/Strip complete all as specified type 410 SP-55,11 mtrs HT poles complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Crane charges for erection shall be deemed to be including in quoted rate. (ii) Earth work,PCC,coping shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) The rates include staying the poles in atruely vertical position till the foundations are properly set. (iv) The rates include cast iron base plate,nuts,bolts,screws,painting of steel tubular poles,drilling of holes in steel tubular poles for fixing of clamps,hooks for continuous earth wire/strip.

Supply , Install, Testing and Commissioning of Advance Maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mm outer dia) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM) . The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg BackFill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. The earting pit cover should be factorty built (size TOP- 10 Inch, Bottom -13 Inch, Height 10.25 Inch ) made of heavy duty Polypropylene complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling and taking down existing cross arms from pole

Taking down HT over head line copper/ aluminium from pole / insulator complete with guarding & cradlesall as specified and as directed .

Taking down carefully existing pin /disc HT insulator from pole.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil laying of cables etc.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and above 1.5 m depth but not.exc 3.0 mtr in deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil laying of cables etc.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard rock for /laying of pipe line complete all as specified and directed including removing of debries from site

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above from the starting point

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV , Type 1 flat with size 300mm x180 mm x 40mm all asspecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Spreading riddled earth ( after preparation of excavated earth) in Cable duct for cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness 18 CM( 6.25 Cm below cale and 11.75 cm above cale) will be measured for payment purpose. The earth removed during excavation to be used as rddled earth after crushing and sieving. Quoted rate inclusive of all arrangement as mentioned.

M & L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling including excavation for laying of cable pipe all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road crossing/drain crossing by adopting trench less tunneling work through specified pipe jacking method by erecting the equipment to true to the allignment and gradient by haidrolic pipe jacking technique complete including tunneling, excavation in any type of soils including hard rock, GI Pipe 100 mm dia medium grade in any length including jointing materials to carry HT UG cables of size 95 Sqmm 3 core and necessary conveyance charges of machinery and other required materials in co-ordination with the concerned authorites complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Quoted rates deemed to be inclusive of GI Pipes 100 mm dia medium grade

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 TYPE B1 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as Lean Concrete in Foundation of Poles, Stay Assembly, etc., including formwork and for foundation of GI pipe, Bollard Light (as/if required), complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in Coping of Poles, etc. including Formwork (as/if required), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lfor shingle filling in substation / around 4 pole structure / transformer yard of Gauge 40 to 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 150mm thick, watered and rammed to a True Surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out hard/dense soil.

Rough Excavation n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out hard/dense soil.

Supply and laying in trenches on walls/ under floors/ through GI protection pipe etc, connecting bu using lugs and testing, LT electric Cable XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured power cable (heavy duty) with stranded Aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core connected and tested complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/Gloster/KEI/Nicco.

M&L filling sand in trenches for sand cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down (i.e 18 cm) shall be measured for payment.

Supply and Laying bricks, common burnt clay building bricks, sub class 'B' of size 230 x 115 x 75 mm laid across in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay pipe galvanized, “ Light grade”, including fittings, 40mm (1.5”) dia.for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed

Supply, errect, test and commissioning of High Mash system consisting of single/double section mast shaft, made out of hot dip galvanised steel structure 20 Mtrs long including head frame, three wire suspension , steel wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction) double drum winch, galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for and including 01 number LED type aviation obstruction light including lamp, lightning final etc and lantren provn of 16 Nos 1X200W LED lights, , with and including integral power tool installed inside base compartment for operation including accessories such as suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Part 3, including/confirming to the following : (Make of mast: Philips/Bajaj/Surya/Crompton /Havells)

(a) Foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) The Aviation obstruction light LED type SIMILER TO XGP400 IXLED-K2/RD 240 VOLT OF MAKE PHILIPS / BGAV 302 LED OF BAJAJ/ SLE AL 54 LDR -SEN IP 65 OF SURYA / GLN 704 OF CG/ EQUIVALENT FROM PHILIPS/HAVELLS. (c) Design and casting of suitable shallow foundation with M-25 design mix concrete for high mash considering the safe soil bearing capacity of soil as 10T/Sqm at min1.2 meters depth / as recomended by manufacturer , How ever the soil bearing capacity be checked/ confirmed as per site condition and got approved by the GE before commencement of work.

(d) Advance Maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mm outer dia (THICKNESS NOT LESS THAN -2.5MM) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM). The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg BackFill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. Backfill compound should be eco-frendly and having RoHs certification . GI Electrode Shall be tested from CPRI.The earting pit should be cover with PCC (1:2:4 , B1) cover of 300x300 mm complete all as specified and directed. Make : ASHLOK / INDELEC/JMV /TERCEL/TRUE POWER - 2 Nos .

(e) LT FEEDER PILLAR BOX BOTH SIDE OPENABLE with projected Globe roof for rain water protection,manufactured by a CPRI approved Manu-facturer Dust and Vermin Proof , suitable for 440 Volt 3 Phase 4 Wire System made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA Sheet of size .75MX.75MX.40M and built upon Rigid Frame Work having Front and Rear hinged double shutter Doors with Neoprene Rubber Gasket, Epoxy Powder Coated including Danger Plate, Earthing Strip Point and Ventilation Louvers at Rear Side, Bottom detachable Gland Plate comp-lete with suitable size Zinc Chromium Plated Nuts, Bolts and Washers, etc. and embeded with 50X6mm Mild Steel Angle Iron Frame and 600mm above the Normal Ground Level comp -lete with PCC Foundation in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) and Test-ing after Installation complete all as specified and comprising of the following :– (for controlling of hIgh mast light)

(ix) Contactor MNX 32, 3 phase 3 pole 415 volt with coil operating voltage 230 volt -02 Nos with 2 Nos push button switch 16 amps and electrical interlocking between two contactors for forward and reverse operation of motor installed at high mast system. (x) Connecter/Terminal set 16-50 sqmm 5 pole fitted inside the mast for cable connection. Make : HENSEL model KLS 51 or equivalent from SPELBERG as approved by GE. Note : (i) The contractor shall procure the high mash with all fittings and accessories directly from manufacturers. (ii) The installation fittings and accessories shall be got done under the supervision of manufacturer and as per manufacturer’s instructions and approved by GE. (iii) PV and Test certificate for each and every item related to High mast system to be produced. (iv) Necessary approval must be taken regarding details technical specification and foundation drawing of high mast light before placing order to the company. (v) Testing for Design mix to be got done from approved laboratory, cost for the same deemed include in the quoted rate. (vi) Only flood light to be fitted on High Mast measured and paid separately. Except Flood light all other items as required for proper functioning of high mast as per standard engineering practice deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
