Earth work in ordinary soil in embankment roads etc within 50m initial lead and 1.50m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm. To 7cm and layingin layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth including proper compaction with PRR etc complete.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, carriage and royalty of sand etc.complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 4cm size H.G. metal including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes all labour, T & P etc. complete. as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plain cement concrete with CC (1:2:4) using 12mm size h.g. chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting including wtering curing cost conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials cost of all labour with cost of allT&P required for the work etc complete.

Dismantling and removing 2.5cm. thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering and removing debris withn 50m lead etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

2.5cm thick grading concerete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm size H.G. Chips including cost,carriage royalty taxes ,all labour and T & P etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls, cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debris within 50m lead etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling GCI or AC sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts andnuts including stacking of the materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead etc complete asper specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

16mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) over brick finished smooth to the inside smooth surface of wall including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials cost of labour and T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

12mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) over brick finished smooth to the outside smooth surface of wall including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials cost of labour and T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

Providing supplying fitting and fixing of GCI sheet in roof drilling holes n winties including fixing of ridged valleys winties etc including all cost conveyance labur and T&P etc complete.

Finishing wall surface with Acrylic wall putty( water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing plain gypsum board celling suspended from roof by adjustable GI celling angle with spread at distance not more than 600mm ifixed to roof by rowl plug and stiff cleat gupsum board 12.5mm thick held by G.I. perimeter etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of distemper etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Ground floor)

Providing and fixing of sliding windows of approved make to be fabricated from roll formed sections made of pre-painted steel (Base steel as per IS-513 f 0.6mm thick D quality, galvanized as per IS-277 with zinc of 120Gm/Sq,mtr) with totoal coated thickness of 0.55mm slide guide section should bemade of 0.5mm stainless steel of 430 grade with pant specification being with primer of 5-7 microns thick and finished pant with polyster pant ( black/ pearl white/ chocolate brown) of 12-16 microns along with the alky d backer at the back of 5-7 microns and thesections for external frame bottom and top should be of 79x45mm external frame sides should be of 69x24mm guide fortop and bottom should be of 69x26mm (stainless steel) Section for shutter should be of 26x30mm Sashbar should be of 23x57mm.Accessories/ gasket will be made of EPDM. All corner brackets for internal and external are tobemade of glass filled nylon . The sections are to becut to length joined and assembled by means ofcorner bracket and frames ate fixed to the concrete/ masonary walls by means of self expanding screws and glass tobe used of 5mm reflective with all taxes complete.

Providing and fixing of side hung door of approved make to be fabricated from roll formed sections made of prepainted steel (base steel as per IS-513 ) etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with weather coats of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost of paint etc. complete as per specification and direction of the EIC. (Ground floor)

Painting two coats with good enamel paint over a coat of primer/ red oxide on iron works including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials T&P labour charges etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge
