Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV HT panel, 400 A, 3 pole, 50 HZ , 13.1 KA for 3 sec rupturing capacity, floor mounted, compartmentalised, outdoor type, free standing [grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1(Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)], duly labelled with vinyl stickers, modular construction, 4 way HT Panel fabricated in minimum 3mm thick CRCA sheet , supported with suitable size base channel not less than 75x75x5 mm, painted in Siemens Grey shade RAL 703, compartmentalised, dust and vermin proof, IP 54 protection with bus /PT/relay compartment having IP 54 , doors and covers with non-ageing gasket, doors with concealed hinges with handle and locking facility, electrolytic grade copper bus bar of rectangular cross section of adequate size of OEM recommedation for 600 A , cable glands, cable bottom entry for incoming and outgoing cable, danger plate, thermostatically controlled strip heater with provision of double earthing terminals, lifting studs, louvers for proper ventilation covered with fine GI screen comprising of following : -

(a) 11 KV, 3 pole, 50 HZ 400 A draw out type VCB -06 Nos ( 01 No for incoming, 05 Nos for outgoing) confirming to IEC 62271-100 and 62271-200 ,E2 class, rupturing capacity 13.1 KA for 03 sec, manual and motorised spring charging mechanism suitable to operate by 240 volts, 1 P/110 V DC supply 24 volt DC universal motor 200 watts and having charging time less than 10 seconds or as all per OEM design, with overload, earth fault and short-circuit protection, interrupter life minimum 30000 times at rated current and minimum 100 times at short circuit current and all outgoings should be connected through copper busbar of adequate size as per OEM recommendations. (b) Dual core dual ratio Current Transformer (CT) chamber, class E insulation, comprising of 3 Nos, single phase resin cast / ring core CTs of 200-100 / 5+5, burden not less than 15 VA and accuracy class 0.5, for metering, having class SP10 for protection as per IS:2705 for each circuit breaker - 06 Sets for 06 VCBs.

(c)1 No. Potential Transformer (PT), 3 phase, dry type (resin cast) fixed type 11 KV / 110 Volts, class 'E' insulation, Burden 100 VA, Accuracy class 0.5 with HT HRC fuses & TPN MCB for primary and secondary respectively complete all as specified and as directed as per IS: 3156 - 01 Set (For Incoming) (d) SCADA compatible self-powered , programmable type IDMT numerical relays having overload, earth fault and short circuit tripping facility, facility to record fault event with fault current and nature of fault , adjustable over current & earth fault and fault time setting (separate for earth fault and overcurrent), suitable DC auxiliary supply, housed on horizontal draw out type case, flush pattern with accessories duly connected with trip and alarm system -06 Nos total for complete protection of HT ,11 KV,3 Phase feeder MODBUS communication on RS 485 communication port - 06 Nos including 1 No voltage monitoring relay for under voltage / over voltage protection -06 Nos (e) One set of mechanical indicator for ON / OFF indication for all VCB.

Supply and fix gang operated air break switches, triple pole, manually operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level Vertical type for rating upto 200 Amps, 11000 volts complete with GI operating pipe of heavy duty all as directed.

Supply and fix lightning arrester expulsion type complete with all fttings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp ,11000 volts capacity pole mounted complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm, height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade all as specified and as directed.

S/F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, brown coloured Single disc assembly for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix horn gap type fuse unit upto 25 Amps capacity, mounted on insulators and steel frame operated mechanism worked from ground level single pole 11 kV dropout lift off (DOLO) complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply install testing and commissioning ISOLATION TRANSFORMER Indoor type- suitable for IP 23 enclosure, 415 volts at no load AC 3 phase 50 Hz capacity 10 KVA, ratio 1:1,with suitable MCCB, core type double copper wound ONAN cooled Oil immersed delta connected on primary side and star connected on secondary side in accordance with vector symbol DYN-II (vector group) with first filling of transformer oilof requisite dielectric strength up to level, with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at +5% in steps of 2.5% by means of off circuit tap link board. The maximum temperature rise 115 degree calsius by winding resistance method after continuous full load on an ambient temp of 50 degree Celsius. The transformer shall be confirming to IS: 1180: 2014 and shall comprise of the following:- (a) Rating and diagram plate. (b) Two earthing terminals in two side. (c) Lifting lugs .(d) Off circuit link board. (e) Base channel with Bi- directional Rollers. (f) Danger board (g) 100 mm dial type thermometer. (h) Cable entry boxes etc complete as reqd.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, medium grade, 40 mm bore with all fitting laid in trenches / pole / wall for protection of cables in repairs complete.

M&L for cutting /Drilling existing steel tubing for alteration or addition all as specified and as directed for the following size 40-50 mm

(a) All VCB's shall be motorized with 110 V DC control voltage to operate two position double spring mechanism. Each VCB shall have green (on)/ Red (off) push buttons to operate & Live cable LED indicators through voltage dividers mounted on the bushing. (b) The earthing shall be provided in each cable compartment to provide solid earthing for the cable shield . Each VCB(except bus Coupler) incoming and outgoing shall be equipped with digital MFM to measure Amps , Volts , Frequency, PF, KWH , KVAR etc & 3 O/C +1 E/F self powered numerical protection relay with low and high set for over current and Earth Fault . Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also. Relay shall record minimum 5 faults records with time stamping or as per manufacturer design.

(c) incomer 400 Amp VCB along with off load isolator and fault making type earthing switch. Resin cast ring dual core dual ratio type CT's 100-50/1 or 5 Protection Class 5P10- set and PT 11 KV/110 volt AC on incoming. (d) outgoing 400 Amp VCB along with off load isolator and fault making type earthing switch. Resin cast ring dual core dual ratio type CT's 100-50/1 or 5 Protection Class 5P10- & Metering 100-50/1 or 5, CI 0.5-1 sets on outgoing

Note:(i) Configuration and Schematics arrangement of VCB Shall be got approved from Garrison Engineer before fabrication. (ii) Any other parts/items not specified above but have been required essential for smooth and safe functioning of the VCB shall be quoted rate (iii) The VCB will be tested as site as primary injector system and relay will be set as per load requirement (iv) VCB should have heating element with thermostat to avoid moisture condensation in the panel. (v) VCB will be installed and commissioned by OEM at site including relay calibration as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2. The job includes all control wiring with suitable size of copper conductor (minimum 2.5 Sqmm), necessary electrical connection and civil work.

Supply, Laying , commissioning & Testing of HT XLPE cable on pole/STR with suitable size of GI clamps made out of GI strip 32mm X 6mm, XLPE insulated screened, earthed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 Volt grade (Earthed) IS: 7098 (Part II) 6.35 KV /11 KV (E) cross section area 95 Sq.mm 3 core alongwith S & F HT cable route indicator at every 100 mtr with suitable foundation complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) excavation, earth work, cable cover, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid separately in respective items. (ii) high voltage test to be conducted at site with suitable voltage before and after laying of HT cable and reading shall be recorded jointly and test report to be submitted in triplicate to the EIC. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

Supply, Laying , commissioning & Testing of cable in pipes/ ducts/ poles/ trenches/ under floor/ under road XLPE insulated cable screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured,electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 Volt grade (Earthed) IS: 7098 (Part II) 6.35 KV /11 KV (E) cross section area 95 Sq.mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.. Note :-excavation, earth work, cable cover, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately

M&L for boring of horizontally holes under the road below 1.0 mtr from the road/hard surface by trenchless techonology using ultra sound technique and inclduing necessary machine without damaging the existing road and getting out in any type of soil and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m from the site of work including supply & laying HDPE pipe up to 150 mm dia suitable for 0.6 MPA work pressure .

Supply and laying of insulating mats 2.5mm thick made of elastometer ( a generic term that includes rubbers, latex and elastomeric compounds that may be natural or synthetic or a mixture or a combination of both) for use as floor covering for the protection of workers on AC and DC installation with the system voltags up to 11 KV AC and 240V DC and as per CI 5 of IS15652 latest class B cat II of size 1m X 2m complete with relevant test report and fixing on floor with suitable adhesive complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The mat should be permanently pasted with the help of suitable adhesive / resin. All joints and comers shall be filled / covered with insulating material of matching colour. Matching colour and matching designed tapes should be used to maintain an aesthetic look at the installation.

Supply of electric rubber hand gloves 11 KV as per ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 mtr wide including getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 mtr wide including getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including leveling spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm thick before laying cable and 15 cm thick over the cable as loose sand thickness complete all as specified and ditected. Note: Sand cushioning thickness (8 cm+15 cm=23 cm) are punned thickness and only Punned thickness will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, factory made, class-HV, Type-I, flat, as per IS 5820, of size 300mmx180mmx40mm laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying of bricks subclass ‘B’ old size laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified.
