Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1)1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1)1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1)1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : 1) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Finishing wall with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm). Note: Rate of this item is excluding the cost of acrylic exterior paint and priming coat of exterior primer (Supplied paint under item no. 10 & 11 i.e. acrylic exterior paint and priming coat of exterior primer shall be issued by AAI department to the contractor)

Supply of acrylic smooth exterior paint of approved brand including taking away the empty paint container (Note the empty container will be the property of agency)

Supply of exterior primer of approved brand.

Lettering with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand as per satisfaction of EIC.

Credit to AAI for taking away of empty paint container after completion of work.
