Supply and fixing of single box type 4'36W fluorescent fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed FRLS Copper leads from terminals to the fitting etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and clamping of 3 x 1.5 Sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured copper cable on post or on wall with MS clamps.(for lights power supply) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and clamping of 3 x 2.5 Sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured copper cable on post or on wall with MS clamps.(for power supply purpose) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of 8 way metal box with 6 Nos 6 Amps to 32 Amps SPMCB outgoing in flush with wall and making good of the concealed portion with earth connection only. The MCB DB and MCB's should be with ISI mark (Like Standard make) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of 25Amps DP Plug Flush type wall socket 25A DP MCB complete set for AC plug in flush will wall with earth connection ( for AC plug) ISI make etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and run of 3core of 2.5 sqmm FLEXIBLE COPPER CABLE of 1100V Grade with suitable connection from 25Amps DP Box to Godown inside Switch box etc complete (ISI make) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply of Power supply-Extension box,consist of 3 Nos. 5Amps (3 Pin and 2 Pin) socket with control switches,one Indicator in suitable TW Box covered with Hylem sheet, with 15Meter of 3core- 1.5Sq.mm copper wire of flat flexible cable wire and 5A-3pin top.The extension box with all inner-connections, flat cable wire connections with 3pin top also.The cost includes all materials cost,incidental charges,transportation charges and the materials of ISI make and as directed at site.(power supply provision for Weigh-Machine & bag-closing machine inside godown usage) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of 8 way single pole and neutral MCB sheet steel enclosure Distribution board 1No 32 Amps DB MCB as incoming and 6 Nos 6 Amps to 32 Amps SPMCB outgoing in flush with wall and making good of the concealed portion with earth connection only. The MCB DB and MCB's should be with ISI mark (Like Standard make) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of 5A 3 pin and 2 pin combined flush type wall socket with 5A flush type switch on suitable TW box with hylem sheet etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of 5A/15A 3 pin combined flush type wall socket with 15A flush type switch on suitable TW box with hylem sheet etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and Fixing of 3nos 5Amps(3pin and 2 pin)combined flush with wall socket with control switches concealed in suitable TW box covered with hylem sheet in flush with earth connection(For computer plug Socket) etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 1 meter down rod on the existing clamp etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of 45/48Watts LED street light fitting (Specification :- high power LED a light source with Electronic driver, Fitting of Versatile pressure de-cast Aluminium (IP 66) alloy LM-24 for housing (heat sink) for better heat transmission., fitting with Epoxy powder coated white after phosphochromate treatment.and optics is Asymmetric type) complete with 32mm dia GI pipe (Class ‘B’) with 1 No 32mm GI bend complete on the post or wall with necessary clamps with PVC unsheathed copper leads MS clamps and as directed ( ISI standards) (crompton/ philips/ equivalent) etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of 30 Watts LED street light fitting (Specification :- high power LED a light source with Electronic driver, Fitting of Versatile pressure de-cast Aluminium (IP 66) alloy LM-24 for housing (heat sink) for better heat transmission., fitting with Epoxy powder coated white after phosphochromate treatment.and optics is Asymmetric type) complete with 25mm dia GI pipe (Class ‘B’) with 1 No 25mm GI bend complete on the post or wall with necessary clamps with PVC unsheathed copper leads MS clamps and as directed ( ISI standards) (crompton/ philips/ equivalent) etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.10 metre Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and run of 1 of No.8 copper wire for earth connection etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of 63A Three phase 500V 4 Pole Change over Switch on suitable angle iron frame work with MS cable entry boxes with earth connection only etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of 7 segment 8 way 63A TPN MCB sheet steel distribution board (Higher end) with metal / acrylic door cover flush type /surface type fitted with busbars and neutral links with single / three phase MCB outgoings and seperate 4 way provision for accomodating one no. 4 pole incoming MCB / Isolator and another seperate 4 way provision for accomodating one no. 4 pole ELCB / RCD (totally 8 ways in one segment) (3x 6 ways in each segment) and seperate provision for MCB / Isolators ( totally 24 nos.) for sub incomers in 3 segments with lable holder and provison for taking up cable for size not less than 35 sq.mm. with the following on wall with earth connection only etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply, Fabrication, Commissioning and Testing of 50 Watts -LED-Solar-Off Grid - Street Light with Gi- Post .The cost includes material cost, transportation cost, masonry work cost, any escalation in GST-cost as arises, Fabrication charges for Street light Post, Electrical wiring with material cost and labour cost as required at site. The Solar PV panels and LED light fittings to be ISI make and to be satisfy to TEDA norms as directed by the departmental officers. Solar PV Module 12 Volt- 90 Watts - Mono- crystalline. The modules are designed to withstand highly corrosive atmosphere and heavy wind loads and of certified standards. Temperature of Operation should be of 10 to 50 degree Celsius with Thermal Management System for ambient temperature in lower & higher rated value. The controller to be MPPT.(ISI Make) Battery-Lithium Ferro Phosphate make and designed for tropical conditions and have a long life. Minimum Voltage - 12.8V, 42 AH capacity ( ISI make) LED Light- White Light Emitting Diode (W-LED) (ISI Make) 12 Watt, W-LED luminary, dispersed beam, soothing to eyes with the use of proper optics and diffuser.LED Chip is of compliance to IES: LM-80 (Approved Method for Measuring Lumen Maintenance of LED Light Sources and LED lumen depreciation time to L70). Test report to be submitted before installation and to be get approval from Departmental Officers. The Color Temperature to be between 5500 K to 6500 K. The Die cast Aluminium IP66 enclosure provides excellent Protection against water entry, dust and humidity. Street light Post:- GI- Class-B (ISI norms) Pole height 6.5 m above the ground level. The G.I post must with 300mm x 300mm x 6mm MS base plate duly welded at the bottom and with concreting and construction on masonry pedestal.
