Hire charges for providing internal barricading arrangements in counting halls. The main poles shall be provided for height of 3.60m at an interval of 150cm c/c using 75mm x75mm MS Square Hollow section as vertical members and providing 45mm x45mm MS Square Hollow section as horizontal members at an interval of 120cm c/c to a height of 3.60 m protect unauthorised entry into the counting halls. Including Labour charges for fixing, welding and transporation charges etc., complete ( Hire charges only)

Hire charges for external barricadding arrangements using casurina poles 13cm to 15cm dia and 60cm below ground level 3.00m above fixing 10 horizontal in 2 ties and lowest sould be 45cm above ground level and tied with new coir ropes provided in all places and removing the same after te election counting is over. Hire charges for fixing and removing the weld mesh of opening size 2.50cm x 2.50cm in counting hall to protect unauthorised entry into the counting halls etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use of brick work in cement mortar walls under 3.00 m high in all floors etc.,complete

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One Cement and Five M-Sand) using best quality II class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" including neat finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M-sand), 12mm thick with Plasticizer in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of unbreakable dust free, easy to erase, class Room Writing Board made up of 8mm thick green colour ceramic sheet pasted on the front side 12mm thick ply board and backside of ply board is pasted with flex board sheet. The outer beading of the writing board will be fixed with aluminium Hi section of size 25mm. The board will be fixed firmly on the wall using 3 inch screws. The rate includes cost of all materials labour charges transportation, loading and unloading charges all taxes etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats of Old plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting old wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard Specifications. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Polishing the teak wood door with two coats of best French (Lac) polish with approved quality and brand over a coat of bee's waxing including preparing the wooden surface to receive polishing, etc., complete complying as per the standard specifications.

Writing the poling station numbers and marking the box of sizes 0.30m x 0.60m for storing the EVMs as supplied by the Revenue Department. The rate including artists charges, paints,etc.,complete as directed by the departmental officers.
