Supply, Laying, connecting including testing XLPE armoured cable underground insulated and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 300 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing, on hills , through forest etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, connecting including testing XLPE armoured cable underground insulated and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 50 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing, on hills , through forest etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil n.exc 1.5 Mtr deep and n.exc 1.5 mtr wide for laying of LT cable and getting out including dressing/trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, including leveling , watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers n.exc 25cm thick in trenches after cable have been laid complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , Fixing & laying GI tubing medium grade 150 mm dia for road crossing along with pole/culvert / drainage for mechanical protection of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: All items and accessories , bend, joints, nut bolts, clamps etc if required are incl in quoted rates.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) or road cutting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20.00 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling demolished surface or as leveling course or in foundation or under tiles or filling in road sutting, coping or in any required work and make surface clear complete all as specified and directed.

S&F busbar chamber of size 1.0 mtr x 0.8 mtr x 0.50 mtr with set of 04 Nos AL busbar 630 Amps rating fixed on insulators with colour coded (Red, Yellow, Blue and Black) , supported with 40X40X5 mm angle of suitable size as per direction . The Chamber shall be fixed 60 cm above the normal ground level with PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for PCC foundation, exc and angle iron frame shall be included in the quoted rates.

Dismantling and taking down old unsv LT OH line and deposit to E/M store yard, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old unsv steel pole with accessories and deposit to E/M store yard, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F load changeover switches 4 pole 400 Amps , 415 volts in sheet metal enclosure fixing on wall / Poles / LT Panel / Bus bar chamber complete all as specified and directed.

M & L earthing complete with MS GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected with GI wire of dia 4.0 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanished iron steel and connected to earthing test point including all earth work , earth lead protection light grade GI pipe of 15 mm dia, light grade GI pipe of 20 mm dia for watering with funnel , wire mess, PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete all as specified and directed.
