M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting channels, grooves or rebates n exc 15 cm girth and trimming surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), including removing the dismantle material to be deposited in low laying areas inside cantt area to a distance exc 1.5 KM but not exc 2.00 KM all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and waste pipe of suitable length; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm, with 40mm dia waste coupling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm fancy type, chromium plated, Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI tubing 15mm bore medium grade fixed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors medium grade with accessories, concealed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old water tank of capacity exc 250 and n.exc 500 Ltr and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for kerbs, bed plates, straight or curved in plan, bedding for PVC water tank complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to brick/concrete surfaces trowelled to fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 05 layered ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of 500 litres capacity, hoisted and fixed in position including connecting up pipes i.e. tank nipple socket / unions etc complete all as specified and directed. (thread type tank lid to be provided)

S&F 20mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/20mm - 210gms/25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms) screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm dia gun metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI tubing 20mm bore medium grade fixed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors medium grade concealed all as specified including taking down old pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing switch piano 5 Amps, single pole, AC, 230 Volts, flush type, ISI Mark, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fix Ceiling rose, surface type bakelite 65X50mm three terminals PVC/polycarbonate, 230/250 volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing heavy duty Metallic Exhaust fan 300 mm sweep and any type suitable for SP 230/250 V 50 Hz AC supply complete with metalic louver shutters including 3 core flexible cable ,1400 RPM complete all as specified and directed.

Provision for making hole of exhaust fan by cutting brick wall in round shape not exceeding 25 cm thickness having radius of hole not exceeding 300mm and making finishing of hole with plastering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs Grating doom 125 mm dia with waste hole of PTMT(minimum weight 40 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs brass chromium plated shower rose 125mm size fitted to steel pipe or union complete all as specified and directed.
