Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work,lift uoto 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. Layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in lead of 20 metres.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:4sand:8graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work including all leads and lifts: a) Foundation and Plinth.

Providing and laying 1:1.5:3(1cement,1.5 sand, 3graded stone agg 20mm N/S) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for fainforced concreet work in wall (any thikness)atteched pillastter,buttresses beam girders and contilevers upto the floor lavel.

Foundation footing and bases of column and like mass concreate.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work

a) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two levels

Providing form work with steel plate 3.15 m.m thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5 m.m so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced conc.and plain conc.work in :-

Flat surface such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like: Floors etc. up to 200mm in thickness within all leads and lifts

Vartical surface such as wall (any Thikness) partetion and and the like including atteched plaster,Buttreless plinth and string cores and the like within all leads and lifts.

Edge of slab and break in floor and walls under 200cm. Thickness within all leads and lifts.

Providng ,Laying /Placing Mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC. Work including binding bending and placing in position complete up to all floor level. a) Tor steel

Providing and fixing Main hole cover with frame of MS sheet and angle size 600x600 mm (weight to main hole not less 35kg) including welding and cutting charge.

Providing and fixing GMS ventilating pi[pe over flow pipe (25 to 32)mm dia including all fitting as per req,

Providing and fixing GMS tube of following dia in wall, floors etc. including tube fitting and making the wall, floors etc ,good i.e welding with one feet 25mm flat iron both side req. pipes. (25to 32)mm

Providing and fixing controlling arrangment with(25 to 32)mm dia wjheel valve i.c all type of tube fitting complete.

10mm Cement plaster in single coat in fair side of brick /stone masonry for interior plastering up to floor two level including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angels not exceeding 80mm in earth and finished even and smooth including all leads and lifts a) 1:3 (1Cement:3sand).

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade I/c thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dust dirt & other foreign matter as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Wire crates made of G.I.wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire, (Boulder filling to be measured and paid for separately) i/c all leads and lifts. (a) G.I.Wire 5mm thick corresponding to SWG-6(15Cmx15cm.Mesh).
