DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING WORK Demolishing R.C.C. kerb in existing ramp by manually / mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer -in- charge.

II.Soil Filling

Earth filling

Filling the floor level in retaining wall with well gravel in layer of 300mm thickness watered rammed and consolidated using earth rammer including cost and conveyance of all materials complete complying with the relevant std. spcecification

III. BORED PILES

Bored piles 230mm diameter for compound wall and Weigh Bridge room boring, providing and installing bored cast in situ reinforced cement concrere pile of specified diameter and length below the pilecap in cement concrete 1:1.5:3 to carry a safe working load then specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including bentonite solution machinery charges, labour charges all complete(Length be measured from bottom pile to the bottom pile cap

I.PCC Providing and laying plain cement concrete M-15 grade (1:4:8) for leveling course for all columnsfootings, plinthbeams base, Leachate sumpbase, retaining wall base, compound wall flooring including charges for scaffolding, shoring,strutting, machine mixing, watering, laying, spreading, leveling, consolidating curing etc. complete with all labour and materials with relevant standard specification

II.RCC

Providing and laying M-20 Grade (1:11/2:3) cement concrete for all reinforced concrete woks such us foundations of columns, columns,piles,sump, plinth beams,floor beams slabs etc for (weighbridge room , compound wall, sump ) and repairing work done in existing RCC structures including staging, machine mixing, pouring, tamping, vibrating, leveling, finishing, curing etc. with all labour charges and materials with relevant standard specifications

Providing and laying M-30 Grade (1:0.75:1.5) cement concrete for all reinforced concrete woks such us foundations of columns , rc wall, columns, piles,, grade beams,floor beams deck slabs etc for (ramp, retaining wall, piles) including staging, machine mixing, pouring, tamping, vibrating, leveling, finishing, curing etc. with all labour charges and materials with relevant standard specifications

III.Pavement(subbase)

Construction of Granular Sub Base providing Grade I materials spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface ,mixing by mix in place method at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including all labour charges etc., complete as per clause 401 of MORTH & relevant specification

BRICK/ STONE MASONARY WORK

Providing and laying brick masonary work for compound walls in super structure using CM.1:6 proportion including scaffolding, soaking of bricks,curing. Materials and labour charges etc.,complete complying with relevant standard specifications and drawings

IRON AND STEEL WORK

Supplying of steel for reinforcment concrete works in all heights including cost of steel, including straightening, cleaningcutting, bending,hoisting providing overlaps tieing in position for all works as per detailed drawing and additional wastage of 5% supplied with relevant standard specifications

providing, fabricating and erecting Steel gates for main Entrance gate with wicket gate and parking gate of Mild steel members like channels, angles, rods, flats, rectangular and square pipes, plates, etc. as per detailed drawings and specifications including cutting welding drilling holes, bolting, jointing etc. hauling to the site, hoisting, erecting in position, aligning leveling grouting with (1:1.5:3) C.C and applying one coat of red oxide Zinc chromate primer after surface preparation as approved. Providing heavy type rollers at bottom of gates, guide rails, locking arrangments, pivoted hinges etc. complete with all tools, labor and materials

Providing and fixing MS Angles of size 50 x 50 x 6mm for Barbed wire fencing supports as per drawing with necessary anchorage of 200mm embedded inside concrete / masonary with C.C 1:2:4 and finishing the surface neatly.Rate shall include for one coats of primer ,necessary tools & plants, cutting, straightening, holing, reveting, welding and consumables, etc complete complying to relevant standard specifications

Providing and fixing fencing with Barbed wire 10 gauge 2 ply and 4 pronged (Galvanized) in 4 rows above compound wall and anchored to MS Angles through holes. The rate shall include necessary cutting, bending, binding and consumables, etc complete complying to relevant standard specifications

Formwork

Providing, making, erecting and fixing in position the formwork in true line and level either in plywood or steel plates including, strutting, staging, proping, bracing and making the joints leak proof, Providing chamfers an edges of columns, striking and removing the same on maturity of concrete etc. complete with all tools, materials and labour. The cost of formwork shall include all nuts, bolts, nails, clamps etc. for beam, column, footing, slab for ramp, ,compound wall weigh bridge room ,retaining wall,sump.

PLASTERING

Providing and applying 12mm thick smooth plaster in CM 1:5 proportion using screened course river sand on the vertical and horizontal surface of walls,columns,parapets etc in masonary or concrete including raking of masonary joints or roughening the concrete surface to satisfacti-on of ENGINEER to receive the plaster well,scafolding to any height, chipping of surface as required, wetting/watering, applying cement slurry anf finishing smooth and even with trovel finish etc. complete with all tools materials and labour.The resultant surface shall be even, smooth,in plumb level and rightangle.

PAINTING

Providing and painting two coats of emulsion paint of approved make and including cost of all materilas and labour charges, scrapping curing, brushes etc., complete of approved quality (shade and quality to be approved by architect)

Prefabricated security room

GENERAL Supplying and Installation of Security Cabin of size 1.2m x 1.2m with two sliding windows, one main door and all electrical items such as ceiling fan, light and PVC switch box - LS - Per Cabin including Civil works for basement and providing and erection of Ready Made Security Cabins

Expansion joint filling

Providing and filling a mix of 80/100 maxphalt and goma sand to the expansion joint @ 25mm wide of cement concrete floor panels etc. including heating maxpalt mixing it with sand filling the mix into te joint trowelling the top etc. complete with all tools, labour and materials.

Supplying and fixing in position first quality and approved varity with ISI mark CI manhole cover of size 450 x 450 of complete complying with standard specification
