Preventive maintenance of complete sub station equipment, lighting system etc. As per norms of UPPTCL to maintain electric supply properly.
Proper cleaning of complete yard by cutting grass and bushed 4 time & chemical spray 01 time in a year as per techncial specification and details enclosed. (Grass Cutting)
Chemical Spray.
General cleaning of floors in control room building, Toilet, ash basin using phenyl & wet cloth including cleaning of CC road drains in the periphery of sub station.
Regular monthly maintenance of lawn trees, shrubs hedge, ground cover flower beds in lawn including wedding out of all undesired growth watching trimming foking making loose soil surround plants and applying manure for survival and health growth of plants grass with fresh plant including the cost of all T&P and skilled labor.
Cleaning of cable trenches of various size by removing earth deposit and other foreign mateiral in bottom and cover the cable racks including removal of cables from the racks and placing it outside trench carefully without causing any damaged to cable, removal of trench cover and its fixing & all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorilly.
Fire Fighting maintenace work. Refilling of mechanical foam type fire extinguishes including replacement of chemical & 300 gms Gas cartege suitable for 50 ltr capacity including replacement of hose pipe & its testing.
Refilling of Dry chemical powder fire extinguishers including replacement of chemical & 200 gms cartage suitable for 09 ltr/10 ltr capacity including replacement of hose pipe & its testing.
Refilling of 22.5 Kg CO2 type fire extinguishers including replacement of hose pipe & its testing.
Refilling of 2.2 Kg CO2 type fire extinsuishers inclduing replacement of hose pipe & its testing.
